Advantage ChevroletReviews
Advantage Chevrolet review
I recently purchased a new vehicle, and I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service I received. Ryan Scott, my sales associate, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, listened to my needs, and never made me feel pressured. His honesty, patience, and attention to detail made the car-buying experience enjoyable. I also want to recognize Dennis Reilly, the Finance Director, for providing exceptional service. He thoroughly explained every step of the financing process, ensured I understood all of my options, and made the paperwork quick and seamless. His professionalism and transparency gave me complete confidence throughout the transaction. Together, Ryan Scott and Dennis Reilly made purchasing my new vehicle a truly excellent experience. Their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend working with both of them if you’re looking for a stress-free and enjoyable car-buying experience. Thank you both for making this such a positive experience!

The purchasing process was beyond simple and everyone working there was beyond kind, we where unsure of what kind of vehicle we wanted (Mustang or a truck) so we test drove a lot. No problems with them what's so over, bought a truck, was in and out of there in 30 minutes, I heavily recommend them :)

Bergstrom Subaru of Green Bay review
I have been going to Bergstrom Subaru for the last 4 years. They have always given me exceptional service. But recently I want to call out for my Service Advisor Shane Nelson for exceptional service. I had a problem with my steering column controls and he worked with the mechanic to provide a solution. This was an example of going above and beyond to help a customer. Great job Shane and crew! NJS

Drivers Choice review
Recently purchased a used car from this dealership. No pressure at all to buy a car, but obviously they only sell cars and don't know much about what they are selling. I asked if I could take the vehicle to my mechanic before I purchase and they told me "No, the owner doesn't allow it because of issues they have had." These cars came with 0 warranties unless you buy a separate one which doesn't cover a lot of the issues you might find. I feel that certain shortcuts are taken when these cars are sold just to pass inspection and then issues pop up shortly after driving off the lot with no help because you bought the car without a warranty. My car does have a few issues and now I"m left dealing with those, so be cautious and bring someone with you who is very familiar with the car you are wanting to purchase. An OBD2 reader is helpful also....

The sales staff was very attentive and responsive to my inquiry. Unfortunately, the distance prevented me from making a deal.

At 62 this was not my first rodeo buying a car, Bought a new toyota Jeff my salesperson was extremely helpful and didn't pressure me at all and the finance manger worked hard to get me the best rate. I was amazed. This dealership was the best experience buying a car ever.
