I had an excellent experience working with Brent when purchasing my car. From the beginning, he was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to explain everything, provided detailed information, FaceTimed with me, and sent videos so I knew exactly what I was purchasing. Since I was traveling from another state, his honesty, communication, and attention to detail gave me the confidence to make the trip to the dealership. He even picked me up from my hotel and made the entire process easy and smooth. Brent was a big reason I decided to purchase the car from the dealership. He went above and beyond from start to finish, and I truly appreciate his help. Highly recommend working with Brent Cram!

Shaheen Chevrolet review
If you're looking for a car dealer who genuinely has your best interests at heart, look no further than Tobbie Lansdell and the Shaheen Automobile Group. From start to finish, the entire lease process was seamless and handled with the utmost professionalism. The distinguishing feature of this experience was the exceptional transparency provided?each aspect of the lease was thoroughly clarified, ensuring complete understanding and eliminating any unexpected surprises. Complications developed when my previous dealership refused to respond or cooperate. Tobbie stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and resolved everything without missing a beat. His communication was prompt, his knowledge was impressive, and his willingness to go above and beyond was unlike anything I have ever experienced in a dealership. This level of service exemplifies what doing business the right way looks like. I cannot recommend Tobbie and Shaheen Automotive Group highly enough ? an absolute 5-star experience in every sense!

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
I am absolutely thrilled with my new 2024 Chevrolet Trax. It is an amazing vehicle that has exceeded my expectations. I also want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Luis Avitia at AutoNation Chevrolet Amarillo; he was fantastic throughout the entire process, helping me secure a great price while making the purchase quick and seamless. I highly recommend both this vehicle and this dealership if you are looking for a new or used car.

Due to a quote for two miner issues in my 2019 Terrain I decided to check out Shaheens. One item was quoted $150 less and the other one was $200 less. I was a drive up customer and I was still treated with timely service and respect. Shaheens is now my go to for all my auto service needs.

Extreme Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
My experience with Extreme was fantastic! The salesman (Jarred) was polite. I asked that we handle most everything via email due to my work schedule and he was respectful of that. He was not pushy. He always responded in a timely fashion. Answered all questions I had and made sure I got the best finance rate possible. I couldn’t be happier. I would absolutely buy from Extreme and Jarred again. I could not be happier.
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

Cole Buick GMC Cadillac review
Extremely impressed with our buying experience at Cole. Saw the vehicle that we wanted on Cars.com and traveled from Wisconsin to see it. Neil McMahon answered all of our questions via email and phone. Received a great quote and made the 4.5 hour drive. Pristine dealership and greeted warmly. Neil was fantastic and very personable. Like talking to a trusted friend. We received everything that was promised and took the vehicle home that day. When signing the contracts we were not pressured into any expensive add ons. Very friendly employees especially the snack bar lady 😀. We would definitely purchase from Cole again if it wouldn't be so far away. Thank you for our vehicle. We love it.❤️
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

Everything was fine except, I was told they could do the repairs then after waiting, they told me they did 't have the parts needed. In compensation, they let me have a lease car for over the weekend for free.
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

DeNooyer Chevrolet review
We stopped in to DeNooyers in Kalamazoo, MI to just look at vehicles. Leslie Becker introduced herself and we looked at vehicles and bought one. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. There was an issue with the windshield and a scratch on the inside door jam and she made sure that both were fixed immediately.

Sharpe BMW review
Second experience with this dealer and first with Ryan. I couldn’t be happier with the deal and the experience! In today’s world you can find what you want on line…however you don’t always get the personal touch with a great salesperson, phenomenal environment and service you receive from Sharpe. I hope to repeat the process in 3 years with Sharpe and Ryan.

Seelye Ford of Kalamazoo review
I cannot recommend Anthony Brewer enough! He made what can sometimes be a stressful car-buying experience feel like I was talking with family or close friends. From start to finish, he made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. It never felt like I was just another sale to him, and that made all the difference! I was looking for a new SUV that would comfortably fit my family for our travels while also having the towing package we needed for our summer trips with the golf cart. I had a specific price range in mind, and Anthony went above and beyond to help me make it happen. He was incredibly patient and worked hard to find a solution that fit my needs and my budget. He researched options, pulled strings, explored every possibility, and did everything he could to get me where I wanted to be financially. He never gave up, never showed frustration, and never once tried to pressure me into spending more than I was comfortable with. Instead, he treated me with kindness, honesty, and respect throughout the entire process. What truly sets Anthony apart is that he cares about the person, not just the sale. His approach made the entire experience feel personal, stress-free, and even fun! It’s rare to find someone who is willing to put in that much effort while making you feel like you’re catching up with a friend rather than making a major purchase. If you’re looking to buy or lease a vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Anthony Brewer. Whether you know exactly what you want or need someone to help you explore your options, he is absolutely the person you want in your corner. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, personable, and dedicated car-buying experience. Thank you, Anthony, for going above and beyond and helping me get into my new 2026 Ford Explorer! You made this experience genuinely special, and you deserve every bit of recognition for the way you treat your customers. Five stars aren’t enough!
