This 2026 is my 3rd Trax and I love them! Perfect size, especially as a Senior. Gets me up high and overall car size very manageable. The buying of our new 2026 Suburban was a good experience. Everyone we met and dealt was polite and professional. Our salesman, Patrick, and sales manager, James, worked to give us a deal we were comfortable with. We asked to have the new tires off our trade-in Suburban put on our new purchase. Patrick arranged for that to happen the next day. The service representative, Tina, was kind and polite and explained that a loaner car had been set up for me. The only negative I would say is that the service department scheduling was off. I dropped my car off at 10 am, as requested. It was 1:30 pm when I got the call that the work was starting. It was only 2 hours later that I got the call that it was finished. All was good with the tire exchange. I felt that I wasted an entire day waiting on a 2 hour job.

I purchased a used truck from AN-Timonium. When buying a used vehicle, it should be understood by the buyer that it's a used vehicle and the dealership cannot predict failures if they we're not disclosed. In my case, there was an intermittent electrical issue. AutoNation immediately took the vehicle and tried to repair it themselves while putting me into a very nice loaner. I picked the vehicle up and a few days later, the problem re-occurred. AN didn't hesitate to take the vehicle back and put me into another loaner; equally as nice as the first. They then had a RAM dealership try to fix the issue at their cost. I am extremely happy with the service and the communication from the key people at AN. In particularly, Ron, the Sales Manager. He was fantastic in customer service!

Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Can’t say anything bad about this car. Comfortable, fun to drive and a great value. Only concern might be the longevity of the 3 cylinder engine. Bought an extended warranty to handle that potential issue.
