Rock County Honda review
It's unpleasant and painful to be reminded that only two items of maintenance on just one car - replacing transmission fluid and flushing brake line - would cost just short of $400. For senior citizens on a very fixed income in this economy, that is hard. Yet the work was necessary, and the dealership gave me a discount. For that I am grateful. It seems that the work was done properly as well as promptly.

2026 Chevrolet Trax review
Initially was not looking for this type of vehicle, As I was researching the Rav. Ran into an article about the Chevy Trax, with all the newer updates. But it's the price that got me to purchase the 2026 Trax LT. Had it now close to a month, it runs really well. My third new vehicle sine 2004.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

Alphorn FordReviews
Alphorn Ford review
We had an outstanding experience at Alphorn Ford in Monroe, WI. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was excellent — friendly, professional, and completely no-pressure. The team really listened to our concerns and what we were looking for, instead of trying to steer us into something that didn’t fit our needs. The entire process was smooth and efficient — we were in and out and purchased our vehicle within just a few hours. They offered the absolute best price we found on a brand new Expedition, and we did our homework before buying. What really set this dealership apart was the product knowledge and transparency. Oliver, our sales representative, was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and clearly understood the features inside and out. We had visited another Ford dealership in Janesville beforehand, and the salesperson there provided incorrect and incomplete information. Oliver, on the other hand, was able to clearly explain and demonstrate features they couldn’t — which gave us a lot of confidence in our purchase decision. Between the vehicle, the price, and the top-notch service, we couldn’t be more pleased. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, you truly can’t go wrong with Alphorn Ford.
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new 2024 Chevrolet Trax. It is an amazing vehicle that has exceeded my expectations. I also want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Luis Avitia at AutoNation Chevrolet Amarillo; he was fantastic throughout the entire process, helping me secure a great price while making the purchase quick and seamless. I had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding – everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They respected my time, kept the process, efficient, made everything straightforward, and stress-free. What stood up most was their honesty in their pricing. There were no games or unnecessary pressure tactics. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain to everything clearly, and worked with me to obtain the vehicle I came in for. It’s rare to find a dealership that values both customer experiencing and efficiency, but this team definitely does. I truly appreciated. How smooth the entire process was and how much they cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience.

The service agent Ryan and his Boss went to battle for the long history I have been with Kia and Russ DArrlow for. And they were successful with corporate, and higher ups. It reassured my faith that being a return long term customer does make a difference, and that the service dept values and demonstrates that, and doesn't just talk about customer support but does support!

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

Starting the process for looking for a new to us van and CarMax was one of our stops. They had one we were really interested in, but between trade-in value and non-negotiable pricing (which we knew in advance) we realized it wouldn't fit our price range. Ryan was responsive, but not oppressive.
2025 Chevrolet Trax review
I'm 6', 200#; adjustable seat (Activ) makes comfortable, more leg room in back than my previous drive (2013Terrain). 6-7 mpg better than previous; beating expected overall mpg by 1-2 mpg. Will see how FWD compares to AWD Terrain this winter season. So far, more than extremely pleased.

From what I remember, Abigail was a fairly new sales person but very willing to answer all our questions and get help when she was unsure. Upon our first visit, the vehicle we were interested in had just been traded and not all the sales people had a chance to become familiar with it. I was impressed by the fact that she totally immersed herself and showed us many of its features upon our return. She wasn't pushy or annoying, but made a point to check-in on us to answer any questions we may have had. Thanks, Abigail! We love our Aviator!! Diann

2019 Chevrolet Trax review
I've had my Trax for many years now, bought it slightly used with only 30,000 miles on it. Now with 80,000 on that engine and I haven't really had a problem with it. It's decent in the snow, a little slower on the highway as it is slow to accelerate up to speed (not really a huge issue for me). This car can take a beating pretty well and keep going as I had blown tire while on the highway and drove into a ditch. I was able to get the car out of it and park on the side of the road until help arrived.

2025 Chevrolet Trax review
I change cars every three years. Mt wife has a 2024 LS and every time i had to drive it i was amazed at what a great car this is. Anyway, i got into an accident and had to replace m car. Having researched just about everything out there when i bought her car i just bought a 2025 Trax Activ. I really love this car. It is really the perfect vehicle. It handles really well, it’s very comfortable, gas consumption is amazing. I only use top tier gas. I had to wait for the dealer to find one without a sun roof. The gps is flawless. I can find nothing about this car that I dislike. I wish it had a trunk release but not a major issue, you really should drive it as you will understand the feel of the operation. As far as the engine, i don’t understand the negative comments. It has ample power. It isn’t a hot rod but i have never had a problem with it feeling underpowered. I do mostly highway driving, set at 69-70 and never any hesitation, oh, the adaptable cruise control is a must have. It takes so much of the stress of highway driving away. I could go on bit i simply say TEST DRIVE ONE. You wil fully appreciate what surrounds you. It’s the only way to understand what GM did.

2025 Chevrolet Trax review
Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

Went there to test drive a car and after it was done I didn’t get the full court press. It was awesome. I would definitely recommend!
