2025 Chevrolet Trax review
I change cars every three years. Mt wife has a 2024 LS and every time i had to drive it i was amazed at what a great car this is. Anyway, i got into an accident and had to replace m car. Having researched just about everything out there when i bought her car i just bought a 2025 Trax Activ. I really love this car. It is really the perfect vehicle. It handles really well, it’s very comfortable, gas consumption is amazing. I only use top tier gas. I had to wait for the dealer to find one without a sun roof. The gps is flawless. I can find nothing about this car that I dislike. I wish it had a trunk release but not a major issue, you really should drive it as you will understand the feel of the operation. As far as the engine, i don’t understand the negative comments. It has ample power. It isn’t a hot rod but i have never had a problem with it feeling underpowered. I do mostly highway driving, set at 69-70 and never any hesitation, oh, the adaptable cruise control is a must have. It takes so much of the stress of highway driving away. I could go on bit i simply say TEST DRIVE ONE. You wil fully appreciate what surrounds you. It’s the only way to understand what GM did.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

Since I didn’t have a trade in, I was able to put a sizable down payment and financed the balance. The truck was freshly washed, and had a full tank of gas. I appreciated doing business with them, and would do it again in the future.

2020 Chevrolet Trax review

It has been 20 years since my husband and I purchased a new car. Mainly because it's been a relief not having car payments, but also we always dread the hassle of finding the perfect car and striking a deal we can afford to live with. All of that changed a couple of weeks ago when my daughter-in-law happened to see my "dream car" on Tri-City Ford's website. I immediately went home and looked it up for myself. Because I showed an interest on-line, I received a text/email from Kyle, their internet sales manager. He offered to set up a NO obligation test drive at our convenience. He was so helpful and considerate of our time and wanted to make sure someone would be available to assist us at the time of the appointment. He continued to check in through the day so he could make sure all was ready when we pulled onto the lot. Our salesman, Terry was wonderful and never pushy. He could tell I was in love with the car by the end of the test drive and kindly offered to check and see what our options would be if we were interested. I was MOST DEFINITELY interested! The car is only 2 years old, in pristine condition and even still has that "new car" smell! 🥰 As I said, we always dread the hassle and haggling to get that perfect deal at a price we can afford, but this time, quite pleasantly, it wasn't a nightmare. We came to an agreement so quickly and easily that it seemed almost painless. Terry allowed us the time and privacy to discuss our options before making our final decision and never rushed us. Once we decided to make the purchase, they washed the car and filled it with a full tank of gas to get it ready for it's new home!! Even though it was cold and dark by the time we were ready to leave with our "new baby", Terry still showed us how to use several of the features we weren't used to on our older cars to get us started. Things have changed alot in 20 years!! Cleve Foley, who helped us with all of the final paperwork, was so patient, guiding us thru the multitude of signatures, making it easy to complete the process. When returning a week later to pick up my license plate, he met me at the door to put it on the car for me and while doing so, answered some of my new questions on the those great new features I'm still learning. They have continued to check on me during the past 2 weeks to make sure I'm satisfied or to see if I have any new questions or concerns. I appreciate their kindness, patience and consideration that my time is as valuable as theirs. We never felt pressured or rushed to make any decisions we didn't feel comfortable with. Our experience was A+++ and enabled me to have the "Car of my Dreams" at a price we can afford. My husband says I am "like a kid with a new toy!" We were both very impressed with the professionalism and positivity of our experience. We would highly recommend Tri-City to anyone shopping for that perfect new vehicle. Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!
2020 Chevrolet Trax review
This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

2025 Chevrolet Trax review
Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

I'm 6', 200#; adjustable seat (Activ) makes comfortable, more leg room in back than my previous drive (2013Terrain). 6-7 mpg better than previous; beating expected overall mpg by 1-2 mpg. Will see how FWD compares to AWD Terrain this winter season. So far, more than extremely pleased.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it

Initially was not looking for this type of vehicle, As I was researching the Rav. Ran into an article about the Chevy Trax, with all the newer updates. But it's the price that got me to purchase the 2026 Trax LT. Had it now close to a month, it runs really well. My third new vehicle sine 2004.

my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives,etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. Alex was called by us, showed us that car, not pushy, though, and we made the purchase. He followed up with us a few days later, which was nice of him. Zack, who did the paperwork, was also very polite, and thorough...would recommend Jerry Hunt Auto...ps, and ask for Axel
