Here in Pittsburgh because of unexpected death in family. A warning light came on - and was afraid to drive back to DC with this issue. They took me at the last minute - were efficient - honest and ordered a small interior part w/ a rip on it. Could NOT have been happier. If it wasn't so far, I'd skip the DC dealer and come back here all the time!
After visiting a few dealers and test driving some cars, we settled in at #1 Cochran Kia of Robinson which made us feel at home. From the very beginning, Ron Gardner and his associate Patti made us feel at home. Their knowledge of the vehicles was impressive. Both went out of their way to work with us on getting a car that met out needs and stay within our budget. Ron was very clear in presenting all available incentives that were being offered and even went a step beyond in getting us the price we were willing to pay. We ended up leasing a Cadenza that is just beautiful in all aspects from styling to performance and loaded options. This car buying experience was the best I've had in many years. A special thanks to Ron and Patti for making this happen. I would definitely recommend #1 Cochran Kia of Robinson and especially Ron Gardner and Patti.
Made first contact on line. Everything went smoothly. No dickering over price. Well in line with kbb???s price. The whole process took less than 3 hours from entering the door to driving out in my new Sonata. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

I found a one owner 2008 RL at Spitzer to replace my 2008 that was totaled. This was the best dealer experience I have ever had. Jeremy Benson was fantastic, - the dealership treated me as though I was buying a $60,000 RLX Hybrid. Benita in finance was especially helpful, having changed my mind at the last minute about a service contract. Could not have asked for a better experience.
When you like the meal at a restaurant you'd go back, when you like a movie you'd watch it again. When you like the experience of,..say, buying a car at a dealer, you'd return. I would go back to Cochran Subaru-Butler and Associate Brandon Fehl. Brandon has earned my trust,something I don't extend easily, especially when making the decision on a car. Brandon was recommended by a friend and I heartily pass that recommendation on. Brandon knew what I wanted and the price range and it fit to a tee. ....And like I said, I would go back there again.
I first arrived and was welcomed by Jesse in the showroom. I told him i wanted to purchase a truck that I saw online. He brought the truck up that I was interested in and got my trade in appraised. The Numbers were exactly what I was expecting. Not a single hassle with the deal. I would refer anyone to work with either MIke or Jesse.
My wife and I were considering a new vehicle for her. We went to the Cochran Subaru of Butler County just to see what they had. We weren't really looking to buy right away, just looking at options. Our soon to be salesman Ed came out and greeted us. He ran our credit and next thing I know, I'm signing papers for a brand new Imprezza. There was no smooth talking or empty promises, only honest talk and honest efforts. GM Mike went out of his way to ensure we got the best deal possible on our trade in and I really believe that we wouldn't have got the same deal at another dealer. Even after sales communication has been great.
Everyone at McElwain Motor Car Co. was great to deal with. The sales persons were not pushy and were great to deal with. They let me test drive all of the vehicles that I asked. The finance office was a breeze. The prices are some of the best in the area. Great dealership to work with.
