Had a very good experience with the sales team.. I've purchased many vehicles in the past, and this was probably the first time i left a dealership feeling good about everything. Will definitely be back.
Recently purchased a 2012 Cadillac Escalade ESV from this dealership. They made the whole process very easy and treated us like family. They even put a bow on it when my wife and I took delivery. One of the best buying experiences I have ever been involved with. Thank you Eric!
5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..
Shawn Lemieux and his helper Carter were awesome to deal with. I said there was no stress involved in this Pilot trade in! I would highly recommend asking for these two when you are in the car shopping market!

I bought a brand new 2015 Yukon from Dave Cross. They have always been accommodating to my needs and any issues I have had. I was just in with an AC issue and they didn’t disappoint. I was given a loaner for the day and they had it fixed that day. Miles and Jason were super and Dave always treats us as friends. We will never buy a car from anywhere else. Happy customer!! Xoxo
We had a very nice experience at the dealership. Cory greeted us and handed us over to Rick. Rick pulled up 3 different colors of the same vehicle so we could pick the right one and Dennis in finance did a great job explaining all our options there as well. We will definitely be back in the future.
I spent four long months searching for a vehicle and this dealership was the first one that I found where it seemed as though I was not being pushed into buying. I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.
I have bought a lot of cars over the years from several different dealerships and this was by FAR the best and most professional truck buying process I have ever been through! Everything from the time I first made contact with Clark my salesman to the time I walked out the door with my new 2019 F 350 was better than I have ever experienced! My truck was done and customized for me and everything was spot on and done the way I wanted! Thank you for an amazing buying experience!
This is my 2nd new truck (F-150) purchased from Gary Crossley Ford and from Tim Parnacott. Both experiences could not have been any easier. Sent Tim some basic specs I had for the truck and a price range I was willing to pay. Not only was I very pleased with the price (which to us consumers is incredibly important), but the vehicle he pulled up to let me take for a test drive was literally the exact vehicle I "built" on Ford's website. Not to mention, it was late in the year and other dealerships I contacted didn't have my desired color, or some feature(s) was/were missing from the ideal vehicle I had pictured.
Purchase day was very simple. I was in and out (including final test drive, trade-in, paperwork, signatures, etc.) in just a little over an hour.
Could not be more pleased with the dealer or with Tim, the sales rep. Thanks to you both! Not only will I be back at some point for another purchase, but any family/friends who are in the market will get a strong push from me to go see Tim and Gary Crossley.
My experience of having Kerry for my sales person was 10+++. He was much more like a consultant, always working to get the vehicle I desired in the color, the features, and at a price I could afford (even when I made last minute changes -his answer ‘we will make it happen’. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from this dealership in the last 4 years. Kerry will definitely keep us coming back. He answered all my questions and always with a smile even if I had ask it 3x before. With our other vehicles, I have always used Roberts at Platte ity and will continue.
