I am a big fan of Infinity of KC due to their professionalism and efficiency. The sales team knows their product, listens to the customer on the type of vehicle desired and provide an efficient purchasing process once the agreement is met.
Genuine and honest experience with Tim Dixon and Peter Sargent. Very patient and understanding to the stresses involved with a new car purchase. All questions and concerns were address and every effort was taken to provide the best deal available. Highly recommend. 10 years of past experience with the service department has been very good with a previous vehicle as well.
By far the best dealership I have encountered to date. I flew out from California to pick up a car and was blown away by their hospitality and professionalism. Nick Finnegan went above and beyond to make the whole process pleasant and extremely easy. The quality of vehicles offered are amazing, made the 2000 mile drive home with ease. Thanks again!!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
This dealership is top notch, we had the best car buying experience we have ever had. Paul and Mike were both great to deal with, very trustworthy. We bought a car for our son and they took care of us like family. When we picked up the car I could tell they spent alot of time making sure the car looked great. They took the time to go through every little detail about the car and we never felt rushed. We were so happy with our experience that we are definitely coming back for our next purchase. Very pleasant staff treated me well as a potential customer. I test drove the car I spotted online and a very good time-limited deal was offered, but I had to decline actual purchase right then as I am still early in my "search" mode. Their car is still on my list of potentials as I continue my search. Fine folks, lots of cars, and negotiating a "deal" was upfront, no pressure, and friendly.
The Staff at US Fleet and Lease Auto Sales were extremely friendly and very helpful. We worked with Greg, who was highly personable and pleasant. He didn't push us into anything and answered all our questions. He even helped us in selling our previous vehicle. The dealership ran our car to Firestone for a new battery and filled our tank to half full so that we were able to drive the car home that day. We had also previously been looking online for a car we were interested in and the dealership honored the online price. We would definitely shop for a future vehicle here and recommend to anyone looking for an honest, friendly dealership to look here first!
I searched the websites in both Kansas and Missouri dealerships for what I wanted in color, bells and whistles, in a 6 hour period of disappointments US Fleet & Sales, had the cheapest, lowest mileage, and well kept vehicle compared to what I was looking for. Thank God, I waited it out to the last web page, now I am the owner of a 2009 Acura TL. also, US Fleet & Sales kept there 30 day warranty agreement, there were some small repairs that was needed that I wanted after sales and they honored my wishes. I recommend US Fleet & Sales, if you, are looking for a reliable dealership. If anything just go and visit or check out the web.
We went into Zeck not knowing what to expect Fran helped us every step of the way and even offered his personal opinion of the truck that I ended up buying! He wasn???t too pushy and helped us every way he could! I will definitely be back and asking for Fran in the future!
I went to The dealership to look at a 2017 Yukon, i walk into the showroom and I’m greeted by Megan Brown. Megan answered all my questions and was quick to find a vehicle that I was looking for. She was patient & explained The options on the SUV, she was very knowledgeable of all the options. We took a test drive and she wasn’t in a hurry to get back and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle before buying it. She explained the whole buying process and getting my trade looked at and negotiating a great deal. Megan is a Rockstar in the making, I would highly recommend her to anybody wanting to buy a new or used car,truck or suv. The whole buying process was completely stress-free from the office staff to the sales manager and the finance person and the owner Tony. The detail department did a fantastic job and again Megan help me clean out my old car and get into my new car and set up the on star in the vehicle. I would highly recommend Megan and this dealership for all your vehicle needs.
I bought a new Mustang from Matt Ford and knew I would take my F-150 to them to have the tailgate lock serviced. They did good work, had the truck back quickly, and did not charge much for the service. I am a loyal Matt Ford customer. They have always treated me very well.
Go see Dorean for a car. She's an honest great car saleswoman. Everyone is so helpful here. They really care about what you want, not just what they want to sell you. Very friendly and honest and so clean!!!
