It took a while for the entire thing to get completed, but I was given status updates throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle late last night (5:45 pm). I was surprised the service manager was still there and he took the time to go over everything that had been done to my vehicle. The total price was slightly lower than what I was I was told it would be at the start. I was very happy and wasn?t expecting that. My car is driving great today and so far I?m extremely happy with the result from my service experience. I?m very appreciative of the help I was given and the customer service I received. Bought used in 2017,with 102k miles. Still runs excellently 7 years later. Adequate power and handling. Warner Bros. Edition adds great features, 120" wheelbase a plus. Sometimes I remove all of the rear seats to utilize this van's hauling capacity. Lumber, tools, reclining chairs, sofas, lawn mowers, riding lawn tractors (!), piles of ornamental stone (after lining interior with a tarp), treadmills, dump runs, dogs, etc. Versatile. Could use two power side doors instead of just one. Rear a/c and heat with rear controls is great. Nice leather seats. Great sound system. Overall very capable and pleasant to drive. No mechanical gremlins. Full-frame vehicle. Recommendable for many uses.
