Scott really took care of me from Day 1 when i came up to the Dealership looking to Trade in my Truck. They didn’t push you to buy extra stuff and do all the “Sales pitches”, but Scott kept me updated along the way. The process of purchasing the Truck was a lengththy process, but in the amount of time it took for me to get approved, select and finalize the deal for the truck I would say was a pretty fast process. I would definitely recommend this dealership over others.

Jon is the best salesman I have ever worked with when buying a vehicle. I have had good experiences at Tony in the past with both a Passat TDI wagon and a Jetta TDI wagon. Fair, honest, no pressure, no back and forth. It was almost unbelievable. Jon explained the CPO warranty, road service, and features of the car in a clear and direct manner. There is lot of Aloha spirit and team work here. We certainly loved that. The sales team listened to what we were looking for in our car & our budget. The recommendations of each suggested cars were on point. As we talked even more of our needs & the type of the car taught we were looking for our Salesman suggested a car that was exactly what we were looking for. #1 priority was gas efficiency since I would be driving from one side of the island to the other side on a daily basis. The moment I stopped by here, I was not really planning to buy a car. However, EJ was really helpful and persuasive. EJ tried to get what I wanted and he was successful to get me the perfect car I wanted.
And the atmosphere in the dealer shop was friendly. People were kind and EJ and one of people there even asked me to have some sushi, probably that was about time they had a lunch together.
At the end of conversation and procedure, I finally decided to buy a car, my new Passat there. And I am sure I will recommend this place to my friend, and I will probably stop by when I want to change my car in the future.
I made initial contact with the dealership via the Internet and the GMC website. I was contacted (at my request) via email, then a follow-up phone call to make a time to see the truck. When I came to the dealership, I was introduced to Ray Guinto, and we chatted about my wants in a vehicle. Then we chatted about life in general, and discovered mutual friends. There was no pressure; no sales pitches; and he spent over an hour and a half with me while I looked at EVERY (!) Canyon on the lot. I finally gravitated to one in particular, and now I own it. He and the rest of the team (manager and finance personnel) treated me like family; explained everything I needed to know...all in a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend Honolulu Buick GMC Cadillac, and Ray in particular, for a no pressure shopping experience.

My wife and I needed another vehicle so we figured we would look around at some car lots and if a salesman happened to snag us then so be it. We were on the lot not even 5 minutes when our salesman, Arthur Thomas, approached us. Right off the bat he was very personable and likable. No immediate pressure to talk numbers or even sell. Long story short, he spent close to 7 hours with us, catering to our every question with honesty and let us test drive whatever our hearts desired. Ultimately he bent over backwards for us and got us into a vehicle that was right for us and that we love. Nice dealership, nice staff but if you wind up at Cutter in Honolulu make sure you ask for Arthur because in all honesty, with this guy, you can't go wrong.
The staff at the service Department was awesome and professional, did a fantastic job, coffee bar was awesome as you wait for your car the coffee Cafe came in handy and the new decore was real European
