Went to Hudiburg Toyota to look at a couple of Camry’s. I was greeted by a guy named Gary Trent. It was a fun and painless experience and i was in and out a couple of hours. I really enjoyed this experience.
Going to Hudiburg Toyota was my first ever car buying experience. Saunny Gamble was so wonderful to work with! He promptly answered questions, even through text messages, he was very knowledgeable on every vehicle we looked at, and even made sure I was happy with the vehicle prior to paperwork. Everyone I spoke with on site was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we got to the finance portion of the deal I worked with William Snider. I honestly could not have asked for a better man to work with. The next time I am in need of a car, I will certainly look for these two men!
Jesus was very professional and knowledgeable. I don't like high pressure sales people and he wasn't. He is very laid back and easy going. If he wasn't able to answer our questions he found someone who could.
I recently came from out of state to purchase a used Ford pickup from this Cadillac dealership. I wasn't their demographic, I didn't buy a Cadillac, I wasn't coming back for service, I didn't finance through them, and they knew they would most likely never see me again. That being said, my family and I were treated like we were their long time friends buying our 5th Cadillac there. Patient, courteous, respectful, professional, and friendly come to mind when I think of the attitude of everyone we dealt with. Thi and Jamar are the kind of men you want working for you and representing your business. I cannot brag enough about Bob Moore Cadillac and the people who maintain such a high standard there. This isn't the result of just good training that can be passed along, this is the character of these men and it was greatly appreciated.
From the time we walked through the door until the time we left, our experience with Trevor was awesome! He had wonderful customer service and made sure we were happy every step of the way. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the drive to buy a great car from great people.
Knippelmier is a low pressure car dealership that is honest and easy to work with in buying vehicles. My latest purchase was the 5th vehicle purchased at Knippelmier and they have all been positive. Johnny Bell has helped me with the last 4 purchases and he has been great to work with. The finance manager, Jason Allen, gets a thumbs up as well.
I live in Edmond, OK and there are a ton of choices from here to Blanchard and boy am I glad I bypassed them all and went where I knew I would not be bamboozled. The owners Mr & Mrs Knipplemier are known to be HIGHLY ethical and full of integrity and based on my treatment at the dealership I believe it 120%. The GM Mr. Lister was phenomenal and honest to fault (if that is even possible). He was incredibly genuine and trustworthy in all his approach. Our salesman Brian Beitler was pretty awesome and really respected our time and concerns. He was top notch and more importantly not sleezy or pushy. Last but not least the finance man Jason was awesome. He was pretty straightforward and transparent. All in all I was truly impressed with the speed, trust and integrity I experienced here. HIGHLY recommend the dealership!
I had a great experience ordering a custom 2019 Camaro from Knippelmier Chevrolet. I ended up doing business with them after walking out of other dealerships closer to downtown OKC where I live due to high pressure sales tactics. Shout out to Johnnie Bell for answering all my questions and keeping me updated as my car was made, and to Alex Moore for taking care of the sale. I would gladly do business with Knippelmier again...top notch dealership and staff all around!
After not being able to deal with my local dealership, it was to refreshing to deal with a group of folks who were interested in getting me the vehicle I wanted.. The dealership was so accommodating to my needs. I walked in knowing that getting financed for a vehicle I wanted would be almost impossible, but Alex and Jason were able to not only get me the truck I wanted, but also a better interest rate and payment than I had thought. I will be referring anyone i know looking for a vehicle to these guys and know that they will also be able to have a laid back and easy experience.
Kyle Hogland was very helpful. We went to look at one truck but it didn???t suit our needs. He then searched for another truck that met all our requirements. He was a pleasure to work with and totally dispelled the stereotype auto salesman attitude. We have several friends that that purchased a vehicle there and we all agree that our experience was quite good. Will be recommending them to others.
This is my fifth Suburban, and seventh vehicle I have purchased from Knipplemeier Chevrolet. It has always been a simple, no pressure task, as it was again today. Not only is buying an automobile a pleasureable experience here, it is totally different than every other car buying experience that I have had.
