I toggled between 4&5 stars and I landed on 5 (which is hard to do with me)and I will tell you why.I started out with BMotors over a month ago looking at one particular 5th wheel and after it had been listed that it had some things that worked it actually didnt but well my son was a used car dealer for many years and this was the reason I asked for it to be checked.I know how things work in used vehicles its not always obvious even to the dealerships. They could have sold me it as it was but they were 100% honest and said they needed to put me in another trailer.This is the most important aspect of a dealership really. You get what they are saying! This new 5th wheel is more then double the price but its more then worth it and I am satisfied with it They did good by me and in house financed me on top of it. Bret was amazing and answered every time I text him a question or concern. When I was ready to haul this giant 5th wheel for the very first time with a truck I just purchased they actually had their service guy (and another employee follow)drive about 6 miles with me to get me out of the city and show me how to make the turns and show me how to use the brake system on the trailer.This is above and beyond!! I had an excellent experience working with Nick Dragan and Matthew Wooldridge at AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe. They were helpful and not pushy at all from the beginning and got me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted including a fair trade for my previous Subaru. The dealership itself is also a great experience- clean, modern and great energy with fun music and friendly people. They have a great selection of cars, and I definitely plan to return for service appointments at their modern, clean and well-organized service department that will make having to wait a little more pleasant with coffee, comfortable chairs and charging/work stations. This is my fourth Subaru, and I'm so glad I decided to switch over to AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe!
