I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon at the car dealership and let me tell you, this guy is the real deal! He's got more car knowledge in his pinky finger than most people have in their entire brain. Plus, he's got the charm and friendliness of a golden retriever. You don't necessarily need an appointment for oil change..service writers all ignored me when first came in..not one of them was with a customer either..terrible customer service!
