They were quickly fixed except I couldn’t then get the AM stations back on the radio. So the Service Dept ordered a new radio for me, which should fix this issue.

His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach really stood out. What truly set this experience apart from any dealership I’ve worked with in the past was how seamless and efficient everything was. Eric was a true one-stop resource—handling everything from the vehicle details to paperwork and financing. There was no back-and-forth between different departments, which made the process incredibly straightforward. Remarkably, I was able to walk in, complete everything, and drive out with the keys in hand in about an hour. A coworker Carmax to me. I enjoyed that you could walk around the lot and actually get inside the vehicles to check them out. No one followed you around the entire time unless you wanted them to. If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.
