Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of BaltimoreReviews
Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Baltimore review
I had the pleasure of working with Karla Araujo at Ourisman in Dundalk, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, Karla was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. She made the entire process of purchasing my 2018 Jeep Renegade smooth and enjoyable. Karla went above and beyond to ensure I was fully informed, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. Her flexibility and willingness to accommodate my schedule and preferences truly set her apart. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and strives to make the experience as seamless as possible. I highly recommend Karla Araujo to anyone looking for a stress-free car-buying experience. Her dedication and outstanding service make her a true asset to Ourisman at Dundalk!
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Cameron, Rob, the general manager, Erica, the finance person, made me feel so comfortable and so welcome, I did have to walk out once or twice to get the best deal I got, but Rob and Cameron would not let me go until I got a deal that I wanted. Using dealing with a car dealership is unpleasant, but besides having to sit for three hours when you get your car, everything else was perfect thank you gentlemen and Erica
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Alec was phenomenal. He made us feel comfortable and did a great job going over our options and highlighting the differences in features. My son is getting his first new car and I couldn’t have picked a better sales rep to walk him through the experience. I would definitely choose Alec and Heritage Honda Bel Air again the next time we’re in the market for a vehicle.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Koons Kia review
Overall, a great experience! The staff was energetic and excited about selling cars. There were several salesmen available to help with anything I needed. Kyree approached with a smile while we were perusing the lot and he sold me a beautiful Kia EV-6 that day! He followed up a few days later to check on me and the car - great customer service. The car runs great, but has an overdue service alert (-8000+ miles). That?s the only thing keeping my review from all 5 stars! 9.9/10 - would recommend.
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

I had a great experience buying my Subaru Crosstrek here. Johnny was fantastic. He helped me choose the best model and color. I am so happy with my new car!
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.
