Kunes Hyundai of SycamoreReviews
Kunes Hyundai of Sycamore review
My initial review is posted at the bottom. I have changed my rating from do not buy, to good. It appears that KUNES Sycamore has recently hired a very competent Jerome Witt who, albeit after 6 months resolved my issue within a couple of days. If you have an issue with KUNES, I highly recommend contacting Jerome. Below my original Issue: If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from November 5, 2022 By pljo on DealerRater If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from this non-responsive dealership, I consider my efforts a success. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550 (48,00miles) from this stealership and added a "Bumper to Bumper aftermarket warranty" which I paid for separately from the car through Kunes. After 3 weeks (1,500mls) the car developed an issue with a suspension damper. Kunes quoted a $1,500+ repair charge and of course it was not covered by the "Bumper to Bumper warranty". Multiple emails to Eddie Boliaux (GM) has proven to be futile. Please think twice before dealing with these people, especially if they try to sell you a useless aftermarket warranty. Kunes is just not worth the visit, or business. :( Rating breakdown (out of 5): Customer service 1.0 Buying process — Quality of repair — Overall facilities — Overall experience 1.0 Does not recommend this dealer

Ken Nelson Auto Group review
My sister and I had a great experience purchasing her vehicle from Ken Nelson with help from Eric, our salesman. The first car she wanted was sold before we got there and he asked enough questions to understand what she needed and located a different one that was perfect for her. The whole experience was top notch from making the initial appointment to finalizing the paperwork.

Kunes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Belvidere review
I felt I was having trouble with my car. It seemed to shudder when I started to accelerate from stop lights . The service department took my car that day. They kept it for two days and put it through every test available but were unable to find the problem . The problem has not occurred since I picked my car up. The service department was always courteous and concerned about my safety in a car that might stall on me when I was out driving . Kudos to them.

Autoland Outlets, IncReviews
Autoland Outlets, Inc review
Autoland has handpicked vehicles for my construction business for several years. I could not be more happy with the service and quality provided. The staff is excellent and it’s a pleasure doing business with them.
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Lou Bachrodt Auto MallReviews
Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall review
I had the BEST car shopping experience here. I never felt pressured to know exactly what I want or to buy a new top of the line right then and there. Steve was a gem and listened to what I wanted and kept my budget in mind. He was realistic with expectations and never pressured me into anything. With other dealerships, I felt trapped like I couldn't leave until I bought something from them. Not here. Steve understood that buying a car was a huge commitment and let me have my time to think about what I wanted and what was available in my budget. I was able to leave the dealership to think about my options and wasn't hounded with calls and messages asking me when I was going to buy or what the dealership could do to make me a customer. I had space to think and make a decision that didn't feel forced. Even when I bought my new car, everything was explained in detail and they made sure to give me time to ask questions so I knew EXACTLY what I was getting into. As a first time car buyer, this was a dream of an experience. I had been to 3 other dealerships and Lou Bachrodt is second to none. If you live in the Rockford area, this is the place to shop for a car and make sure to ask for Steve!

Dixon Auto Sales review
Have bought multiple vehicles over the years from this dealership. Will continue to do so. Quality used vehicles.
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall review
It was probably the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I knew what I wanted, and had a quote from another dealership that was fantastic. While Lou Bachrodt did not have what I wanted on the lot, Fil the new car manager and Patrick my sales consultant assured me that they could order the truck I was looking for and still match the deal I had worked out at the other dealership. Both of these guys made the buying experience at Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall as smooth as can be without any surprises. Every question or concern I had was answered quickly and with good detail. When my truck arrived, I could not have been happier! I will be coming back here when I am ready for my next truck, and keeping my business local. Give these guys a try, and I am sure you will be as impressed as I was.

Elias is the man. Did an awesome job and made the process easy. We got a new car that we desperately needed! Will be back in the future to work with Elias again. There is a reason he has all the awards on his desk. Find out for yourself. Thanks

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Good selection. They were too busy to handle everyone but I'm happy. Must be good how bust they were. I do recommend them if looking.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Had our 2024 Hornet in for service after battery completely discharged. Chris and team investigated and found that the issue was caused by the electric cooling water pump running excessively due to coolant leak and very low coolant level. They diagnosed the issue, made repairs under warranty, and it appears that the issue has been resolved. Thanks to Chris and team at Bryden Service.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Bill was fantastic to work with! Whole process took only a couple of hours and everyone was very helpful. Pricing was transparent and they worked with me to get me best interest rate possible.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Wickstrom Auto GroupReviews
Wickstrom Auto Group review
After searching, comparing, and test driving, I finally found the right vehicle. I couldn’t be happier with my new Jeep and the entire experience from start to finish. From the initial vehicle search and test drives to the auto loan process and final purchase, everything was smooth, easy, and honestly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. A huge part of that is because of our sales associate, Don DiPaulo. Don was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and genuinely made the entire process enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure I found the right vehicle without ever making me feel pressured. This is actually the second Jeep we’ve purchased from this Don and this dealership, and that says a lot about how great our experiences have been. We will absolutely be back when it’s time for our next vehicle! Thank you, Don, and the entire team at Wickstrom Jeep Dodge in Barrington, Illinois for making this purchase such a great experience.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Your Choice Auto Sales of Elgin review
I’m really happy with the car I bought here. It was my first car, and they gave me a great price. They made my first car buying experience truly memorable. I’m very impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good car.
2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually
