By Mr. Jimmy Dawodu was my go to. from Woodlawn, Md.
My service specialist was excellent always caring and still there for me. A Use car being with out warranties is leaving me and others to pay that overhead, making the buy to pricey. The purchasing of new and used vehicles are above my & other citizens middle income & non affordable. I searched for three years since the pandemic and no one was selling base model vehicles. Leaving price gauging and high prices for used vehicle and parts if they could be found. Thanks for the help of this dealership, but I am broke behind this and more house poor as a 68 yr old. We are not getting the good warranty package as before on certified used.

Excellent overall car! Great interior space, amazing technology and outfitted so nicely on our 2021 limited. Very comfortable for adults and kids second row-although could use more legroom for over 6’ persons. 3rd row we rarely use-usually folded up and great for kids. Adults-let’s face it no vehicles with third row are huge leg room back there!
Seats are comfortable but typically made more smaller sized adults. Power seats are a must for taller adults.
Mechanically it’s been good up to 22k we have a major battery heater issue that it’s not working. Fixed under warranty. But early on we also had sone glitchy electronic issues in our dash but those seemed to have disappeared.
Biggest issue I have is it does not regenerate electric or capture the wasted energy of the motor going down the road. Rubs on electric for 30-34 miles then it’s basically on gas. Major disappointment after owning Toyota hybrids. That said for everyday use it’s amazing. But if you drive over 50-60 miles a day or use it only for a trips etc Ild save the money of the hybrid and buy all gas.
Other then the battery heater issue, lack of longer distance electric/recapturing unused energy from engine and finally the FWD only is challenging in deep snow due to low clearance-we love it!
We will be going to a Toyota Sienna because of higher clearance AWD and we drive both daily and long term distances where the recapturing power is a major issue. Sad part is we can’t use our off peak charging in the sienna.
Tip: installed a juice 240 charger on off peak with Pacifica. In our area to drive 32 miles a day costs us less then .35 using off peak charging making this very very economical ti drive as a daily driver!
