Some of the friendliest staff I have ever worked with. Brian was great and made everything really nice and easy for me. I was not able to purchase a car at that time but when I am ready I will definitely go back.
I had a great experience at this dealership! The people were friendly and made the process easy especially with my husband being deployed. They tried to give me something I wanted and didn???t try to push me out of my price range! Would recommend this place to anyone!
Was treated with respect - had purchased a mini van from Perkins several years ago. Had several criteria in purchasing a new vehicle. Needed room for a special needs transport chair, all leather seats and the 40/60 split in the back.

Dean, Richard, Mario and the rest of the team were Awesome!!! Personal touch all the way, it didn't feel like any car dealer I've ever been to. They went out of their way to fix and service a few minor things needed on a used car I was purchasing. These were small things that most dealers wouldn't even notice, but they cared about the customer experience all the way. In addition to getting the car dialed in, they helped out with financing. I have done many car loans with my current credit union, but this time my bank dropped the ball. Richard jumped right in, made some calls and got the financing approved and beat the interest rate I was getting thru my bank. I can't say enough about the level of service I got. I live in Denver, but will make the trip down to Colorado Springs to buy from them the next time I need a car. Thanks
All of the sales men are very nice and helpful. My husbands and mine experience was amazing. Avery and willie along with the other employees are very nice and helped get us into a car. I will highly recommend this to anyone I know who is in need of car. Springs automotive can expect another car purchase down the road. I went with a car in mind that I had found online. Leroy was awesome from the start. Helped me find the car and never pressured me to look at anything I didn???t want to. It was quick and painless and very efficient. After the test drive he and Caleb got all the paperwork together and we were set. Great guys! Went above and beyond for us!
I ended up not buying a car from the dealership, but the service I received from Justin and Brian was excellent. The no pressure, no nonsense approach to the buying experience is refreshing and pleasant.

After working with other dealers in the area, I went down to Faricy Boys to take a look at a Jeep Wrangler I reviewed online. I had been looking at Wranglers for a few months, so I knew what I wanted. The other dealers didn't have the Wranglers on their lot that were listed on their internet site, which was very frustrating. I worked with Brandon Wilke, who couldn't have been more polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The buying process was quick and efficient. I was in and out within 2 1/2 hours, which included my test drive. Thank you Brandon for a fantastic car buying experience!!
I came in to purchase a 2015 BMW 228i at the Colo. Springs location. Mark Riopelle and Steven Hicks helped me with the purchase. The car was in beautiful condition and the test drive with Steven confirmed I was making the right choice. The only concern was a check engine light. Their in-house tech confirmed it was a temperature sensor code. We all assumed it was a simple warranty issue (and because the car was still under warranty, no big deal). Of course, after purchasing the car, I was anxious to get it checked out and repaired. I went to my local BMW dealer where I got good news and bad news. The problem was simple: a severed wire to the sensor (probably a critter). However, that's not a warranty issue. The repair cost $350. Here's where Echo Park shined. They took full responsibility for the repair cost. That action shows real integrity, a rare commodity in the retail car business.
This is by far the friendliest dealership I've ever been to. I didn’t feel harassed or pressured at any moment through out the process. They asked what I was looking for and exceeded my expectations in finding a new vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
