2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Thank You for an Exceptional Buying Experience Dear Andrew and Alex, Thank you so much for all your help with my recent purchase of the 2024 BMW X3. You made the online and over-the-phone buying experience truly enjoyable. Your friendly and approachable attitudes made me feel welcome from day one. I also really appreciate your fair pricing and outstanding customer service—especially delivering my BMW all the way to Peoria, IL. Your efforts have left a lasting impression, and I will surely return for all my future auto purchases. You both went above and beyond, and I’m sincerely grateful. Thank you again for everything. Tasca Chevrolet Wheeling review
Brought my truck in for an oil change waiter. Tom Boyer set up the time, was greeted promptly by George, Tom was out on a test drive. The job was finished in a timely fashion, I received a pleasant surprise when I paid the bill, in the form of a discount from Tom! Tasha Chevy always takes care of my needs. Tom has been a tremendous help over all these years- he is the reason I won’t go anywhere else for service.
2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

2013 Chrysler Town & Country review
I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

2014 Chrysler Town & Country review
Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

Great experience with Manny Avila! He was patient, helpful, and answered all of our questions!
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

My experience at wickstrom ford was the best car buying experience I’ve ever received. What really made the day there was Nathan Noffs, his positive attitude, extremely personable approach to helping me make sure I was in the right place made the whole experience incredible. He had answers to every question I had and laid out everything out for me to made sure I understood every step of the way in my time there. If you find yourself in wickstrom ford I highly recommend asking for Nate if you want the best service around! And if you find yourself in the parts department, ask for Craig Olenski, he is also the man!

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
This vehicle is perfect for what my family needs right now. Both my kids (5 & 2) can climb into it unassisted (any mom knows, giving the kids any level of independence is great). Both rows of seats stow into the floor. We have the back row stowed to give us lots of cargo room for the stroller, diaper bag, scooter, karate bag, etc etc etc. Love the automatic doors on both sides... a nice upgrade from when I was a kid and it was a manual slider only on one side! Our one downside, but it's a big one... the media center in this car was a total after thought. It does not connect as expected to my iphone, and the AppleCarPlay seems to open a secondary window (it's not native to the car like the Ford Sync). So far, I have not gotten the phone to connect correctly via bluetooth - I have to plug in. The audio varies wildly - I have to turn the volume up almost all the way to hear someone on the phone, but when the radio kicks on, the whole car vibrates. I can't turn the audio off without turning off the ENTIRE screen. There is no native GPS to the car that I can tell, which isn't a huge downside since we have our phones, but was definitely surprising to see. All in all, this is the car we need right now as a young family with a lot of stuff to cart around. It has a lot of family friendly features that I 100% appreciate. I imagine that the newer models have better media integration with the iPhone.

Working with Brandon at Huntley Ford was truly exceptional! He really took the time out of his day to really figure out exactly what vehicle would fit my exact needs for everyday driving. I absolutely love my new Explorer. Perfect match!
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Schaumburg review
Love my new Jeep Compass Limited!! Great experience at Ziegler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram during the purchase too.
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Hertz Car Sales Des PlainesReviews
Hertz Car Sales Des Plaines review
Like so many have said before, this was a low pressure, no hassle experience. Brian did a great job of answering all our questions and showing us various cars in our price range. This was the third car my wife and I have purchased from Hertz and we would not hesitate to buy our next one there. I hate the usual car buying process, but the no haggle pricing makes decision making easy - and the prices are very fair.

Harvard Ford review
My daughter purchased her very first car at Harvard Ford. From the moment we arrived to the time we drove off, we had a great experience. Brandon Groad and team were fantastic! He listened to what we wanted, never pressured us, explained everything, was fair and honest. We highly recommend Harvard Ford to anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle! You will not be disappointed!

Honda on Grand review
Honda on Grand makes car buying easy!! Tom K was wonderful to work with. I have bought two cars from him and would definitely go back to him. He listened to my concerns and addressed everything in such a friendly and courteous way. I would recommend this dealership to others.
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Sherman Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAMReviews
Sherman Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!
