We had been looking for a used Van for a 3rd car in Nashville area for a couple of months. We had found most vehicles listed locally were overpriced and were prepared to travel to buy one, drive it home and still save thousands. We found this Van on Cars.com at Dixie Motors in Nashville and it was exactly what we were looking for in price, year, mileage and even color. Randy, the salesman, responded to my email inquiry on a Sunday and I arranged to go look at it the next morning. I appreciate that he treated me with respect and honesty (especially as a women buying a car). I bought the Van. It needed to be state emission tested which he took it that afternoon. It also needed the side mirror knob replaced under warranty, so he called after we had taken it home and offered to take the Van to the dealership for us. Above and beyond.
Came to get a vehicle and was greeted at the front door with a smiling face. Waited no time for Phillip to help me and my husband out. Choose from 3 vehicles. All in great shape. Phillip was great to work with. Will recommend all my friends.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. My girlfriend and I went to this dealership after a few failed attempts at others within the same area. After we got to talking to Caleb we knew we were at the right spot. Caleb was knowledgeable and made it possible for my girlfriend to get a new car at the rate that suited her best. Evan was awesome! We drove 3 hours after finding the car online. The Sonic Price made it simple - I knew it was a great deal and I didn't have to waste my time haggling to get the price where it should be. Because of the drive, we got in a little late but Evan, Kurt & Anita stayed to help us get everything taken care of. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and Evan was a pleasure to deal with. I could not be happier with my car buying experience!
Great place to get a vehicle! They greeted me timely and made me feel welcomed. They took their time with me, didn't rush or push and helped me find a vehicle for my lifestyle, budget and one I loved. I will forever be a Jeep driver.
Drove four hours to reach this dealership which was out of state for us. Pricing of the vehicle and trade in allowance very fair, worth the drive. Salesperson and sales managers very polite and accommodating with very easy buying process. Our only complaint is the not so optimal communication between the sales team, finance team and repair shop. All was well in the end but it could have been a perfect transaction, rather than a lot of back and forth. Overall, we would shop there again but beware of potential miscommunications between their staff.
Everything was excellent but the total price to fix my car labor was 5 times the price of the parts. Grant it we had the money but just weeks before Christmas we spent almost 900 dollars there goes Christmas but thanks for fixing it in a timely manner.
