This has been one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had at a dealership. I recently purchased a Lexus beautiful condition & price! Ask for Suzy Cervini she made everything possible & got me out of there in no time! Upfront service, personable staff and any problem I had they worked out and made a way to make me happy. I would give this place 10 stars if I could! 

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.

The hybrid makes a lot of sense because of the overall mpg. That drives a lot of the value we derive from this van. I would probably purchase another newer model if the overall electric miles substantially increased.

Purchased my Honda accord and needed help with financing, fil and his team did everything they could to make sure I got a great low interest approval. I'll be back for my 3rd car shortly

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I can't say enough about Sherman Dodge and more importantly my sales person Armando Bulnes. I have purchased several vehicles from Sherman and I always trust Armando with my business - he's honest, beyond knowledgeable and honestly cares about what he's selling you. If I could give him 10 stars I would - Sherman Dodge you need more people like Armando - please don't ever lose him!!!

A good car relatively stable in good conditions the only things that annoy me about the car is how slow the transmission is the engine makes good enough power for it but the transmission just sucks at shifting on time and can confuse itself. The other issue is the bulid quality on it. after ten years it starts to rust understandably but the seats are degrading and things no longer fit together like they should.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Stopped in to just look, and the dealership was great with letting me test drive. Well the test drive led me to a purchase and it went very smoothly. Didn't feel the usual pressure that I was dreading when I just stopped in. Thank you Chevy of Palatine for a good experience.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

I would definently recomend this place to anyone. the service was great and the people there are really friendly, i am going to shop with them again in the future.

Awesome vehicle. Runs and rides great. So far in the first 2,000 miles we have been averaging 26 miles per gallon. I would purchase another one with no question.

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

I work 3rd. So I set up an appointment online. They set me up with Dylan. Dylan contacted me via text. Asked what I'm in the market for. I gave Dylan a run down. We set up a day & time. When I arrived Dylan had A few trucks lined up & ready to go. I gave more in detail on what I was in need of. One being the 3.5 twin turbo. Found a truck after looking at several of them. Only issue at the time was no trailer hitch. One of my requirements. Dylan had that taken care of. Kunes paid for the new hitch to be installed. Everything went smooth from start to end. Dylan is a great guy to work with & made everything pretty much pain free. Even took care of lunch. What happens next is what is Important. After a month of owning the F150. I put new rims & tires along with running boards. Come to only find out one major thing was wrong. It didn't have the 3.5 twin but the 2.7. Lets just say I was pretty upset & felt taken for. stuck with a truck I couldn't use. I left a pretty crappy review. I contacted Jesse the general manager. I Explained the situation. He talked to Dylan & got back to me the same day. Dylan being a standup guy owned up to the mistake & both Dylan & Jesse went more than out of their way to make all right. They got me a bigger truck more than I expected it to be. They removed the rims & tires from the one truck to the other. The truck they got me was clearly worth much more money But kept the number the same. Mistakes happen for a reason. How those mistakes are handled is what's key. Kunes stepped up to the mistake ^ made it right. Thank You!! They proved to have an honest sales team & proved they want you to leave happy. They have my trust

We purchased the Van and were out the door within an hour, and they had one of their guys deliver it a couple hours away which was awesome. Definitely recommend Russell who setup the deal for us.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!

Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.
