2000 Chevrolet Corvette review
I purchased my 2000 C5 dark bowling green in 2014 it only had 23,000 miles on it, today it has close to 200,000 miles I drive it the only upgrades that I've done is I put different Wheels that mimic the stock ones they're just one inch wider front and back, an air intake from K&N and a Cat-Back system from Flowmasters. I can't go anywhere where at least two people come up and comment on my car and no one can believe it's 23 years old I do keep it in good shape it is the original paint. Like any other vehicle you have little issues water pumps I change the air conditioning a leak in the rear end had to get a new alternator all the normal stuff for cars that are 23 years old no major failures. The performance on this car is fantastic it's fast a Corners well. And if I can keep my foot out of it it gets pretty good gas mileage for the most part. I will say if you plan to get one of these C5 Corvettes you have to be willing to work on the car if you want it to run the way it's designed has a ton of sensors all kinds of grounds there's a lot to it, but the joy and the fun that you get out of it is well worth it.

2025 Porsche 911 review
My 2025 911 GTS T Hybrid with 4-wheel drive was one of the first delivered to the U:S. The car is surprisingly fast, and it is virtually impossible to tell it is a hybrid. Acceleration is very linear and the handling is on a par with its power. Instrument layout is far superior to the 992.1 models, and the digital tachometer, which I was concerned about, is actually very acceptable.

A Rare, Respectful, and Seamless Car-Buying Experience! Walking into Mazda White Plains, my guard was up. After past dealership experiences—including having my keys held hostage for a review, and salesmen trying to sneak hidden fees into the total price—I expected the worst. Baris Genc (Customer Experience Specialist) and Andrew Tomassetti (Business Manager) completely flipped the script. They were professional, transparent, and above all, "human." I knew what I wanted regarding my APY, loan terms, and trade-in value for my old Cobalt. While I had to advocate for myself, there was absolutely zero pushback. They willingly handed over copies of the warranty and the CarFax, gave me a fair trade value, and completely respected my boundaries when I declined the "extras"—no high-pressure tactics or guilt trips. Buying a car in NY while living in CT can be a headache, but they handled all the paperwork and explained the process seamlessly. I was out the door in just three hours. 2023 Mazda MX-5 Miata RF review
At first glance you ask yourself... what did I buy. It looks small and very low to the ground. You manage to get in and start the car. The engine roars to life and it's louder than what you might be used to. The seat hugs your body and you begin to get comfortable. First gear sprints the MX-5 into what feels like a roller coaster ride. It's lively and fun, and you tell yourself... yeah, I can get used to this. Bought a 2016 Maserati Gran Turismo from Ismail and couldn't be happier. Sent an email via cars.com on Sunday night at 8:50 got a return email at 9:00 from Ismail who was great to deal with.As it was a 6 plus hour drive they held the car for me.The car was exactly as represented.There was a small imperfection on the rear bumper which I would have been ok with touching up but they wanted to repaint the bumper. Ismail then told me that as we had travelled so far they would deliver the car to our home.It arrived on time as promised. I am very fussy about bodywork and they did an excellent job. Miller has a mind blowing inventory and were super friendly and took great care of us. Would return to Miller and Ismail without hesitation. Thanks!

My 2001 Porsche 911 Carrera (996) is an example of German engineering at its finest. The known IMS bearing issue was taken care of, allowing me to have no reservations about driving the car anywhere. Although it's not a turbo model, the car performs like it's made for racing. The Spanish word 'Carrera' translates to 'race'. When you put the car thru its paces you know why it is named such.

2003 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class review
I bought my 2003 mb SL500 in 2023 with 30,000 original miles. It runs excellent has a bullet proof engine and design will always be IN vogue cuz of its sleek design. I got all the previous repair receipts from original owner which is great to know the history. As with any 21 yr old car there may be repairs. I have a great MB independent repair shop called Star Motors in Gainesville Fl who really knows these cars and they fix them right and for less than a dealer. Sure thing’s can go wrong and I have found repairs about 25% more than Honda or Toyota. One has to factor in repairs no matter what. I like the 5.0 engine and one thing is they last! They ride so smooth on the wide tires on the highways and there tight steering. Bose sound system still working great afte all these years. Buy one have it inspected if your worried. There in my view great cars. Depreciated a lot since new at $100,000 out the door. So paying 15k to 20k is a bargain. You’ll love it!

2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata RF review
Car drives and handles like a true sports (not race) car. The hardtop convertible is a big plus especially if you aren’t keeping this somewhat protected from the elements. The only small complaint is where the glove box is located. I understand they have it in the center for interior constraints, but I wish they would have found some way to have it by the passenger front side.

2013 Audi A5 review
I have owned myAudi A5 premium plus 2.0T for over 9 years,I am the second owner. I have looked at newer ones and the S5 and the RS5 but have kept firm with the A5. My car is monsoon Gray with saddle interior. I have 51000 miles on it and I get about 25 mpg. The comfortable, quiet ride is only surpassed by the 8 speed at in sport mode as it effortlessly and flawlessly brings me to 70mph on the pa turnpike. Wow, still makes me smile after 9 years and smiles per mile is the most important thing for me now. When I get out of her I still have to take a moment to admire her lines and design. I have owned many cars, from many very competent manufactures but the Audi A6 to me is that 1 girl I will keep forever.

1996 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class review
Bruno Sacco is considered one of Mercedes best designers. He was inducted into the Automotive Hall of Fame along with GMs Bill Mitchell and Harley Earl. Heady company indeed. The other day, I am on the freeway and a motorcycle cop is following me. Then he pulls into the right lane comes up beside me. It is hard to stay the speed limit in this car - it likes to run. The cruise control is your friend. Oh !#$%^ I think He yells out, "Nice Car" and speeds off. I paid $7,000 for this car in 2013. When new it was close to $100,000. I have probably put $20,000 into it making it reliable to the point I could hop in it and drive across country tomorrow. I got it with 113,000 miles and now have 205,000 miles. In addition to normal stuff you'd replace on a (then) 17 year old car, I had to replace the transmission with a factory rebuild. It was the first year of the electronic 5 speed and while it had 3 major updates though 2000, it had its issues. Still, I got 145,000 miles from that. The top is an intricate set up of an electric hydraulic pump and 11 hydraulic cylinders. The cylinders seals leak over time, and I replaced those last year. That can run up to $4,000 depending on where you do it. Had tie rod ends, other front end parts replaced recently. New A/C compressor, a/c hoses rebuilt. Normal stuff for an old car. But getting back to Bruno Sacco - he made cars with timeless designs, such as the 80's line of Mercedes. And he considers this car to be his best design. Make sure it comes with a hardtop. The hardtop came standard but believe it or not some are sold without a hard top. For years I wondered how you managed to lose a hard top weighing over 100 lbs and then it occurred to me that many of these tops were stored outside the home - I have a rack with wheels and it sits in the garage. But if the owner died no one would know where the top is. Others have different opinions but I would avoid the V12 unless you have a lot of money budgeted for maintenance. This was their flagship - $130,000 new, but the engine is tight and just about anything you have to work on involves the intake manifold being removed. Book time on the V12 to replace th rubber valve cover gaskets - 7.5 hours! On this engine (M119 SL500) they are easy. Beautiful car and that engine (V12) is turbine smooth but when you need maintenance... By the same token I would avoid the ADS - their air suspension. Came standard on the 600, optional on the 500, N/A on the 6. Nice when it works but when it ages can be maintenance intensive. In summary, I have spent more money than I thought maintaining this car but I love driving it.
