Candidly, I had several less than favorable experiences at this location prior to McGovern taking over this dealership. My Chevy Traverse experienced severe electrical issues in my driveway that required towing and the technical diagnostic equipment and repair capabilities of a dealership. I had minimal expectations of customer service and fully expected to be taken advantage of in terms of cost. Jeffrey quickly set the bar going above and beyond in terms of accommodation from my initial notification to tow the vehicle to their location, and throughout the process pertaining to customer service and communication. The cost is what it is, but the personal element of customer service, care, communication and attention to detail surpassed my expectations and restored my confidence in the notion of a dealership.
2024 Chevrolet Corvette review
2024 Stingray Z51 Convertible. Great buying experience and no issues in 7 months and 5K miles. Great features and and runs great with better than expected fuel mileage. Just a couple Cons - Run flat summer tires are somewhat noisy and not offered with adaptive cruise.

2020 Chevrolet Corvette review
I bought a first year C8. Everyone warned me of failures. I replied it’s a Chevy, created with a lot of pride in Bowling Green KY USA. Worst case scenario it had and has GM extended warranty. To date with 27,000 miles only had problems with the front bumper, it had to be repainted three times. Did Museum delivery. We drove to Pahrump, did the school. Then drove Rte. 66 to Missouri then the Tail of the Dragon then home. It looks just as beautiful today as when we first saw it. To me I think the E-Ray is the best of all. Great horsepower, acceleration and gas mileage and no gas guzzler tax.

2022 Ford Mustang review
After a negligent driver rear-ended my other car, I bought a 2022 Mustang GT Premium with the insurance money. I had a 1979 Mustang Cobra years ago and loved it. This is a great car, too. Fast, comfortable and beautiful. I haven't driven it in snow yet and have some trepidation about that but otherwise I'm glad I bought it. There are only three things I don't like: the car payment (who does?), the gas mileage, although I can get 30 mpg if I drive 58 mph, and there seems to be some high school kid at every stoplight who wants to race. This is definitely a car worth buying if you're an empty-nester, going through your mid-life crisis or single and don't have to haul much in your trunk.

2020 BMW 430 review
Bought 2020 430i xdrive Gran Coupe six months ago. First of all the car performs nicely but if it's performance you're looking for look elsewhere. This car is a large, luxurious, roomy and very capable driving machine. Trunk on the Gran Coupe is enormous. The power tailgate is a nice touch. Seats are firm and infinity adjustable. Wood and aluminum trim is lovely. Car is versatile meaning you can drive it as a cruiser or put it into Sport plus model and use the paddle shifters to the full effect. Car goes 0 to 60 in 5.6 secs and top speed is 155, adequate for most of your driving needs. Car feels very solid on the highway and safety features assure a safe ride. I highly recommend this car. If it's performance your looking for pony up for the M version which also has stiffer ride and uses more fuel. This is my 11th BMW and over the years I've come to trust and enjoy the marque.

2011 BMW 328 review
My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

2023 Chevrolet Corvette review
Update from Vette Guy of Tucson, Az. I received my replacement Z-06 convertible almost exactly 2 months from the date I ordered it. It arrived exactly as ordered: Mist Red with Natural interior, Z07 Handling Package, Visible Carbon Fiber Big Aero Package, Carbon Fiber Wheels and Racing Seats. I have 800 miles on the car, so far no problems. I plan on racing the car in the September Silver State Challenge Ely, Nv. open road race. I raced the 2023 Z06 there in May, great race try it! I'm also attending the Z06 driving school in Pahrump,Nv. I did the Z51 school last year, highly recommended! Overall a big Thumbs up to Watson Chevrolet for keeping their word on getting me a replacement Z-06!

2012 Ferrari 458 Italia review
Recently purchased a white 2012 458 Italia with Iroko interior. It is a great car!!! I'm coming from a Gallardo and a California and have an S63 in the stable so I can adequately say that the 458 is in a league of its own. My only caution is that it is VERY low to the ground so ingress and egress is a minor issue. Such a fun car.

I am 77 years old and a Vietnam Era Veteran, I had a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck that I used in my business until I retired and still drove it after that until it got to a point where it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore so I scrapped it, since I am retired I don't really drive that much anymore and I used Lyft services and my wife's car to occasionally get here and there. But my wife works part time and needs the car about 4 days a week. Then I decided I wanted to get myself another vehicle, not necessarily a new one but a recent late model, but then the ordeal of deciding what I wanted to get started. Did I want a small car a big car a truck, and SUV and if an SUV which one? Since I am a veteran I use the VA Health Care Center in Providence and I am provided Lyft services to and from the hospital for checkups and what have you. During my car search time I happened to have an appointment at the VA and when I called Lyft services to schedule a ride they sent over a beautiful Honda Pilot which I rode in and was very impressed with, and as luck would have it, when I was through with my appointment and called for another ride, Lyft sent ANOTHER Honda Pilot to take me home and I was very impressed with that vehicle as well. I searched for Honda Pilot vehicles online and came across a beautiful looking 2020 EX model, it was burgundy, loaded with a lot of features, had very low mileage, and was very reasonably priced. It was for sale at Grieco Honda on Hartford avenue in Johnston. As a lot of people , are I was a little hesitant about going into a car dealership having heard stories about various bad experiences some people have had with some. When I went into Grieco Honda I was introduced to a young man named Chris Matarese who was a very pleasant individual. He brought the vehicle around for us to go for a test drive, was extremely polite, very intelligent and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions in an instant. After a brief time of asking my "20 questions" about the vehicle and financing I decided to buy the 2020 Honda Pilot. Since the vehicle had just been taken in trade it had not been inspected by the service department as yet, and Chris had the vehicle taken in immediately to have it inspected, the service manager noted that the driver side sun visor was not functioning properly and hung a little bit low having apparently been sprung over time, and it was decided that Grieco would put a new visor in for me which I thought was a very nice gesture. So to end this story, I've had the vehicle now for a little over 2 months and I cannot be happier with it and also with the excellent and outstanding service and courtesy which was extended to me by Chris Matarese, you will find him exceptionally honest, devoutly professional, and eager to earn your business. The services provided by Grieco Honda including sales, financing, and the service department were all excellent in quality, if you're looking for a vehicle go to Grieco Honda on Hartford Avenue in Johnston and ask for Chris you will not be disappointed I can assure you. 2025 Porsche 911 review
My 2025 911 GTS T Hybrid with 4-wheel drive was one of the first delivered to the U:S. The car is surprisingly fast, and it is virtually impossible to tell it is a hybrid. Acceleration is very linear and the handling is on a par with its power. Instrument layout is far superior to the 992.1 models, and the digital tachometer, which I was concerned about, is actually very acceptable.

I recently acquired my first Porsche, a new 2017 Boxster S with manual transmission. Jeff Akasten was my sales guy and in addition to being friendly and knowledgeable, he went the extra mile to source the vehicle I wanted from CT and arranged transport so I could take delivery on the day I wanted; no easy task as the transaction came together quickly and all of the dealer's normal drivers were unavailable. Jeff hired a truck to transport the car and it was delivered as promised. Would definitely recommend Jeff and Porsche of Norwell to friends and will do business there again. P.S. - They also gave me a very fair price even though I did not pick a car off of their lot, and the negotiation was painless.

2013 Dodge Challenger review
I received my 2013 R/T as a Christmas present in 2015. 1 owner before me put 6800 miles on it. You have to put 5000 miles on this car for the launch to kick in. I have maintained my car with regular synthetic oil changes and recommend dealer tuneups and with now having 89000 miles on it, it performs as it did when received. I have put 3sets of tires on it in 10 years. Very good car as I always wanted another Challenger. When I was 14 my future husband had a 1969/1970 challenger. It’s first year. We started with a 340 then changed engine out to a 440, then again to 426 Hemi. The 2013 Hemi is faster. Love my Challenger

2015 Porsche 911 review
What can you say about any 911? The one I test drove was the S. It’s just the perfect sports car. Light, just enough power to go fast, not overwhelming. Comfortable, quiet, composed at any speed. The soft top is so quiet. Almost like a regular top. With the top down, you can still hold a somewhat normal conversation at highway speeds. Just the perfect car for a cruise or fast run on a sunny day.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned classic Ferrari from the team at McLaren Boston, working primarily with Jonathan, Bob, and Corbin through the various phases of the deal. They are consummate professionals, and will go to great lengths to make a customer happy, as they did for me. Jonathan's assessment and description of the car over the phone and through email was accurate and honest, and the car presented better than expected upon seeing the car at their facility in person. Speaking with Corbin at length on their shop floor, it is evident that his expertise extends far beyond the realm of late model exotics, and is backed by contacts and experience with some of the finest classic and exotic names in the northeast. Negotiation on price and terms was a breath of fresh air. Very straight forward, and resolved within a matter of minutes without pretense to very fair terms, having been searching in the market for the past year with a more intensive focus the past six months. Jonathan also put forth the extra effort to locate and secure some invaluable original documents and historic records for the car, which was a most welcome surprise on the day that we closed the deal after a successful PPI. 2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.
