Great experience with Honda of Salem. We are from the Seattle area. We set out on a out of town trip in our new Honda CRV. We were close to the Portland area when we lost connection with Apple Car Play. We pulled into Honda of Salem unannounced with no appointment. A couple guys from the service department tried to get it up and running but they were unsuccessful. They finally said they were going to get the software expert to look at it. They summoned Mr Philip Pham from the Sales/internet department. Within 30 minutes he had everything reset and working like new. He also explained some of the systems & how they worked on our new car. Actually he explained things far better than our experience up in Seattle. The dealer I bought it from was horrible , Twenty hills dodge jeep, They were misleading. I found out 2 days later that the car had been wrecked. I love the car but the Rack and pinion. is bad on it, The service department is horrible. Still haven't got the car fixed yet,

It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. I had to keep adding water to my car so she can take us there. I was nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car. IT WAS THE CAR IVE BEEN WANTING :) and Elijah Combs was our representative. He had great hospitality, customer service skills, had an amazing slime and over all made the experience of our first time comfortable and exciting!! 2015 Ford Mustang review
I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. 2014 Dodge Challenger review
As an SRT8 owner this car is amazing to drive but not as a daily driver with less than 60k miles I already had to replace the camshaft, lifters & the entire transmission (nearly $20k). I would only recommend this car to those who really love the design and if you use it only as a weekend drive.

2014 Honda Accord review
This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

1986 Chevrolet Corvette review
I would only recommend this care for those who are willing to work on it and are okay with it breaking down. This care is nearly 40 years old (as of this review) and most of them with low miles sit and when driven the problems begin to bubble to the surface. So if you are unwilling to need to work on it but still want a corvette my suggestion is to get a c6 or newer.

2015 Honda Accord review
Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

2015 Dodge Challenger review
We drove 633 miles each way to pick up the Challenger Scat Pack of our dreams with a six-speed. Can not get over the immense power of 392 Hemi. Torque for days!!! The over all retro styling is absolutely gorgeous. Could not be more happy with our purchase. Best car and value we have ever owned. Highly recommend.

2009 smart ForTwo review
This is my 2nd one, 1st was used for a 150 mile + a day 5 day week commute to the DC area. It's in it's element for local driving, parking, mpg, fun to drive(especially with convertible). If you install a Scan Gauge and use the manual paddle shifters, mid 50 mpg is easy. Interstate driving keeps the mpg to around 42 +. 1st one had some issues, but incompetent mechanics were most of the problems. Replacement a/c hoses run $1200 each (2)does require Premium fuel, I alternated between mid & prem. each tank on the 1st. one. Get an extended warranty, any major repairs may have to be done by MB dealer.

2014 Subaru BRZ review
Took a used Brz automatic for a test drive and wow. I've driven heavily modified suspension/engine cars, german cars, fast fords, lexus, nissans but xxxx. The feeling you get from this car is fantastic. Handling and steering are so good from the factory it really makes up a lot for the missing ponies. Really though, it only needs a little more power. Not a turbo or supercharger. That would only blow up the price fast. Aftermarket bolt ons would liven it up. For the price its hard to beat. Sure you can not pick it's slow. Try to find this kind of steering handling outside of Porsche prices. Consider you'll have more fun below the speed limit than most and stay out of jail at the same time. A well rated car after the generally negative review above. I have been driving them for over two years now and just love their road character whether in the city or on long trips. This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

2006 Chevrolet Corvette review
After 63 years of driving, my 2006 C6 Corvette Base Convertible is my favorite car ever. Past sport cars include 3 versions of Mazda Miata, 14 Porsches (including 914/6, 1973 RS Carrera, 1967 911S soft window Targa, 1979 Turbo Carrera, and IMSA 914/6 track car). I dislike the Corvette weight, width in the garage, and lumbering response to the wheel, but the flatness in a turn and the throttle response are amazing. I find it absolutely beautiful to look at, and the auto transmission (6 Spd w/paddle shifters) is the first automatic I have enjoyed in a sport car. This is my first Corvette after all those Porsches, and I am amazed at the refinement and attention to detail in this car. Leather seats are fairly nice, but they are a little overshadowed by excess interior plastic. The black exterior blends with the black interior and leather, and softens the interior starkness somewhat, but the width of the door sill is an unusual inconvenience.

April, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with purchase of our used Honda. Within a day or so discovered faulty VTC Actuator. We are from out of state and had to remain in area for repairs during the worst of the wildfires. But the amazing service manager Celine ( who was also covering jobs for absent co- workers) seemed to be able to make magic happen!!!! Within 30 minutes determined it was a repair that had to done at a local Honda dealer, arranged a ride to our RV for us, had our car taken to the Honda dealer. Knowing we could leave town and the awful smoke when the car was fixed she said she'd try her best to get our car back to us the next day which was a sat.( and her day off). Gave us her personal cell no. and set up in computer the details for our return ride to Carmax. Sat. was moving on but one call to Carmax for an update, they saw Celine had arranged everything for us to get our car on Sat. and BAM, magic happened!! Had our car within an hour, repairs completed, and we headed home to Florida. Yes, Carmax was great with fulfilling their warranty policy but it was Celine who put the efficient, professional, friendly face to implementing it. Thank-you Celine for being great at what you do!

2016 Ford Mustang review
Bought my 2016 Mustang GT used have had it exactly one year it has 45,000 miles on it, haven't had one problem it runs great and is fast! . And I'm always still getting compliments on it. It looks great, is fun to drive, and still turns heads. This is my 8th Mustang I'm a Mustang fantatic! Love them.

2020 Dodge Challenger review
I got the 2022 Challenger, all black,black..shaker hood. It's Winter here in NORTH Michigan so had to tuck the Harley in till Spring. This car helps me when I'm Jonesing for my bike.
