Very satisfied with my recent purchase from Ray Dennison. My sales rep Logan was a young, ambitious guy who took great care of me the minute I walked in. They gave me a very fair trade in amount on my truck and everyone was very friendly and made sure the whole process was quick and smooth!

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

Went back to O’brien Honda looking for a second vehicle and our favorite salesperson, Jonathan, put is in a 2022 Ridgeline for a good price. We absolutely love it. This car has been a ton of fun to own. I searched far and wide to find a 128i couple in dark gray, with navigation. Patience paid off and I found the one I currently own several months later, and it has been an absolute showstopper. I am constantly getting compliments on this car, even though it is now seven years old. It is aging very gracefully and has not been hard to maintain. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a used Jeep Wagoneer from Heller Ford in El Paso, IL, and the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. The service department didn’t miss a beat either—they had the necessary repairs completed quickly and efficiently, making sure we had our Wagoneer back just in time for a planned family vacation. I did not end up purchasing a car with this dealership however I did not because of the honesty of the dealership. The dealer fully disclosed prior damage the vehicle had and the repairs. It was my decision to not purchase because of the damage.

Mr. Reed has to be the friendliest and most honest sales person I have ever had the grace to work with. I messaged MR. Reed about my need for a vehicle and was met with a very speedy response. He took all my needs into account and found me something with the towing capacity and the family seating I need! He actually spent time researching the safety ratings and gave me the best car he could find! Met with him a week later to purchase a car and walked out with a brand new 2024 Nissan pathfinder! I went for the annual emissions test and it failed because of the evaporator in the charcoal area. There is perhaps a weak voltage going into the system.

We found our vehicle on line and messaged about it. We were told it was sold, However, the next day we got a call from Hunter stating that it was in fact, not sold and to come as soon as we could. He had the vehicle warmed up for us and ready to take on a test drive. Cory Who is the sales manager was also wonderful to work with. Holly and their finance department is an amazing person. I would recommend anybody who needs a car to go to Heller. When you buy from them, it’s like you’re buying from family.

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

Our experience buying my new 2023 Chevy Equinox LS sports package AWD through Green Chevrolet in Peoria was excellent. We actually live in Springfield but couldn?t drive to Peoria until after 6:00 p.m.; and their lot closes at 7:00 p.m. So, even though Edd and I arrived a little after 7:00 p.m., everyone there were pleasant, kind, knowledgeable, professional and didn?t make us feel as if they were already closed when we arrived. All our questions were answered and they made us feel as if it was all about us regardless of the fact that everyone there were technically off work. The entire car buying experience with the staff at Green Chevrolet in Peoria was amazingly refreshing. I will definitely recommend Edwin Jordan and this car lot to family, friends church members, and to my co-workers.

I’ve owned a Chevrolet Captiva for several years now and can highlight its key advantages. First of all, the cabin is spacious and comfortable, making long trips enjoyable for both driver and passengers. The high driving position and ground clearance give great visibility and confidence, whether in the city or on rough roads. The engine feels strong, the transmission shifts smoothly, and handling is predictable. Another big plus is the roomy trunk, perfect for family travel. For me, the Captiva has proven to be a reliable and versatile car.

I have never had such a non stressful experience purchasing a car. No haggling, not pushy. I drove it and looked it over and asked for them to fix the sunroof. They did and I was out in my new Lincoln in an hour. Define tly recommend. Glad I came out here and looked too, because the competition is bad out there.

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

David Slyman helped me with my new Macan. Explained everything before and after purchase. Had minor issues with left high beam headlamp and he assisted in helping to get it fixed.
