I did an extensive internet search for the exact car we were looking for and Royal Moore (along with 3 other OR dealerships) had that car. Royal Moore had the best pricing hands-down. Zach Rangel worked with us over the phone to work out the sale and access our trade-in from afar. Compared to the other dealerships I worked with Zach was the best - he wasn't too aggressive, didn't call me 10x a day, was straight and to the point. When we arrived at Royal Moore to pick up our car, we worked with Golda, Nick Lee & Nate in finance. I would say our only complaint was that it took a bit long to work through the finance end of things - but we did purchase through a business (which they said takes longer). There also was some confusion / miscommunication about the interest rates, but in the end it all worked out. Overall, great pricing, great people, fair trade-in value. Thanks!

I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.
I took my Dodge Ram to Ron Tonkins for recall repairs. I was greeted at the service desk by Jolynne’s smiling face. She was friendly, professional and efficient from the get go. My truck was repaired via the Express Lane and I was quickly back on the road. I’ve done business with Ron Tonkins service twice now and both times they over delivered. Thanks Ron Tonkin...and give Jolynne a raise!

Recently purchased a 2019 Kona. Am driving it for a week now. Excellent vehicle. Looks nice, Gets great gas mileage and fits our budget. Bronson Barlow was outstanding to work with, knowledgeable and polite. Crunched numbers with us and Answered all our questions no matter how many times or how many ways we asked. This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!
Lori Benton was extremely helpful. I am a 20-something individual and this car was my first car and first brand new car. My family has bought from Armstrong twice in the past and they have always given us excellent deals. This experience was no exception. I was able to get the color of Jetta I wanted without hassle! Not only did Lori an affordable deal, she also rolled out the red carpet for me. My dad and Lori conspired together, without my knowledge, and surprised me with a banner and cake to celebrate! It meant a lot since I had been saving for a while and the little notes on the banner filled me with pride! Pure strangers at the dealership put in effort to make this special! Truly wonderful. Lori took time to show me every detail of the car. Very helpful, since I had no idea how to use the electronic gadgets it came with! Highly recommend this to anyone.

Vanessa Gomes went above and beyond what I thought a car dealership representative could do. We called gave her a description of what we were looking for and she did the rest. She found the car that would fit us she worked with banks and everything to get us financed. All we had to do was bring proof of income and sign the papers. I have never had an experience of buying a car like this before. I would do it all again if I could have the same experience. I absolutely love our new car it fits my family safely. And as a mom of 4 that is the most important thing for me.
