Walked into Va cars and stated what I was looking for and my terms and conditions. And left satisfied. The only concern that I have is them leaving me in the blind. They did not tell me how much the car was. I found out when I signed my contract. Smh. The owner dont have any empathy for you and your repairs. But the sales rep Kenneth was great.
If your headed to Whitten Bros., ask for Bruce Anderson! He was a pleasure to talk to and he doesn't beat around the bush. Very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to get you what you desire! By far the best dealership I ever worked with, the atmosphere was energized. Thank You for the experience I will never forget!
It was a great experience! Would recommend absolutely to others! Although I didn’t purchase my vehicle from this dealership, the prices were extremely fair and the people kind. I only didn’t buy the car from here because I was too far away and I didn’t get a chance to test drive the vehicle that I wanted.

If you're like me and I dread going to buy a car, especially a used car, go see Antoine. Low pressure, polite, and you can tell he's just a good man. He let the car do the talking and let me make the decision. Gave me plenty of time and space, held the car for me for a day while a made my decision, and made the buying process easy once I made my choice. I would definitely go there again!
Nice vehicle*. Quick process. Mr. Quaintance greeted me with a (real) smile & took time to answer questions, also to explained things in simple (non-salemans') terms ! The original Battery failed, however, it was quickly and cordially replaced. The Finance dept., staff was cordial & polite, however, more intricate "details" of the contract could be explained more thoroughly. In spite of the few minor "quirks", I would recommended this dealership to others.
Prior to went I walked onto the Hyman Brothers lot, I had never been there. Immediately I was met with kindness and top notch customer service. Dre' Thomas, my sales consultant, listened to all of my wants and needs when it came to buying a used vehicle. He did not try to sell me on something I did not want or need. I wish all vehicle sales consultants were like him. Once I discovered the vehicle I wanted, Wayne, finance manager, was just as kind and professional as Dre'. They worked hard and advocated for me during the finance process. When it is time to buy another car I will definitely be stopping into Hyman Brothers West Broad first. Thank you!
We worked with Lloyd at this location, and he was knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with us in choosing and later purchasing our vehicle. He explained all of the other services (leather upgrade, warranty, gap coverage, etc), and we are please with our purchase. We were on our way to our daughter's in PA for Thanksgiving when the water pump & serpentine belt went on our 2500. Travis and the team at Whitten Brothers were FANTASTIC! They took care of the problem in record time & got us back on the road so we could enjoy the holiday with our family. Ten stars...oh heck no, these guys earned 12 out of 10 stars! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
Everybody we talked to at Whitten Brothers was amazingly nice. From the first phone call, they made the whole process of buying a new truck painless. Riley was a blast: so full of energy and personable. I think he was more excited by the truck than we were. Cindy was the first person my wife talked to and she was able to set up most everything right away (we were pretty sure which truck we wanted). The finance gentleman was very knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to go through all of our options. The service department was great and helped get all the extras we needed (the fitted rubber floor mats are worth it!). And they offer state inspections for life and an extended warranty.
