Tom in the service department at Tuttle Click is amazing. They are booked up, but that is because they are well worth the wait. Tom knows his stuff. Another dealership almost had me paying for things that were covered under my extended warranty. Tom was familiar with both my vehicle type and my extended warranty program. He was able to get my repair covered under the warranty and saved me THOUSANDS of dollars!!! I can’t thank him enough! Just purchased a 2008 Dodge Viper for my birthday July 27 I’m going to retire July 28. The sales person was top chef Fred a remarkable sales person that went all out, purchased it over the phone. He took video of it with me with him standing there filming it also started it up in the showroom. Loved it.
