CarMax LAX review
In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Audi Long Beach review
I had a totally pleasant experience at the Audi Long Beach dealership as I was interested in an Audi TTS advertised online. Mr. Kien Phan provided clear, competent details of the essential functions of the vehicle both during the test drive and after the purchase, and Mr Sepulveda patiently discussed financial aspects of the purchase and trade-in over two days (since I needed an overnight reflection period!). When I returned for additional questions after the purchase was satisfactorily completed, Mr. Phan again took the time to answer fully all my requests (in particular I could not raise the spoiler, and I am one of those who hate to check details on an online document). In fact, Mr. Phan found for me an actual paper technical manual, which made me very happy. I know that I can rely on the staff for any follow-up issues. Thank you to all for your competence and courtesy! I love my new TTS. I used to have the first TT quattro model (1999- 2000) that I kept for 13 years, and drove safely in snow, ice and hot weather. I missed it when I subsequently bought a different car. Now I'm happy to drive again this beautiful, dynamic machine, and I am sorry Audi decided to discontinue this great vehicle. In conclusion, I believe that the Audi dealership at Long Beach meets all the professional standards one can expect when buying a new vehicle.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! 2023 Dodge Durango review
I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

Cerritos Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
As a first-time (young, female) car buyer, I was very nervous about the whole process. After a horrifying experience at the first dealership, I went to Cerritos Jeep even more nervous... Tony C. was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and, most importantly to me, really listened and cared about what I was looking for - which features were important to me and which ones I could forego, and what price I needed to stay under. Unfortunately, Cerritos didn't have the color of Jeep that I wanted in inventory. I even mentioned that I guess I could settle for my second color choice and mentioned that they had it in stock at another dealership. Rather than pressuring me to buy the car that was my second choice, Tony actually said that I should buy the car that was my first color choice because that is what I really wanted. Indeed, I bought the car at the third dealership and I'm thrilled! My only disappointment is that I couldn't buy it from Tony. Absolutely without a doubt the best car salesman I've ever met and probably on the planet! I would encourage anyone to buy from Cerritos and from Tony specifically. If I choose a Jeep for my next purchase I'll definitely be going to him!

CarMax Henderson review
This is my 6th BMW purchase d from this CarMax. Because of the Pandemic, this process is a little bit hectic. Lots of steps now to complete the purchase. The employees have to work a lot more to protect both the Buyer as well as the CarMax employees. I waited around a lot before I was able too complete my purchased. This is my second Lexus purchase from Crown Lexus. It was a pleasure walking in to this sparkling clean showroom for my appointment to look at pre owned cars and have my trade-in evaluated. 2023 Dodge Durango review
This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.
