I walked in to have an inspections sticker and lucked out to have it done in about 50 minutes . Phewww. The customer service rep as always was efficient ,kind and informative . This was a far cry from my last visit for an oil change and license plate bulb replacement which took 2.5 hours even WITH an appointment .
We had been to 5 other dealers over the last 6 months. Each one said that I would have to "give up" one of the selected features...that the van I was looking for couldn't have everything I wanted. Jarred found one within 15 minutes of sitting with us....color, package, and a dvd player! He was kind and so helpful and never once made us feel pressured! We were done purchasing the van within an hour. I've been to other dealership where I've spent the whole day. The business manager was very thorough and personal. Made sure he went over everything and we were still out within an hour. I love the new van!
I would like to relate a positive experience that I had at Central Jeep on Friday Nov 23 of this year. I was looking to buy a new vehicle and Sales Rep Nathan Jolley assisted me in finding the exact vehicle that I was in the market for. Nathan was able to get me a good price and worked tirelessly on getting all the paperwork processed in a timely manner. Nathan answered all my questions with patience and knowledge and made the whole experience of purchasing a vehicle a lot smoother. Central Jeep provides a clean and pleasant atmosphere with a wide selection of vehicles on a spacious lot. If thinking about buying a vehicle I would recommend giving Central a look.
Tofik was excellent and I can recommend him to any of my friends. The long wait for the finance office was aggravating. You shouldn't have to wait over an hour to pay!! The dealership is clean and everyone is courteous. One big complaint, is they can not put an inspection sticker on your vehicle. So another wait at a service station for an inspection sticker.
We had a great experience buying a "slightly used" 2017 vehicle. Ed Kelly was our sales representative, and he went out of his way to make the experience a positive one. He took the time to show us several vehicles, and take them out for a test drive. Very personable and friendly, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Really seemed to care! Everytime I service my jJeep here it is an overall great experience. The only negative I have is that you have to wait so long to get an appointment. I can schedule my oil changes in advance i just worry if something major goes wrong I will need to take it elsewhere for an immediate appointment.
