Excellent new car buying experience all around

The last time I bought a new car was 1998 and I was hesitant about what to expect after hearing all the "nightmare" stories folks tell. Was I ever pleasantly surprised. From my first email requesting a test drive of the Sorento I wanted, to my drive out the door after an extensive tutorial on the essential elements of driving my new "computer" (2019 KIA Sorento SX AWD), I could relax. The entire team, Adrian Sanchez (Sales Mgr.), Rich Blackburn (Internet Sales Mgr.) , Joe Duvall (Finance Mgr.), and Sergio Chavez (Internet Sales Mgr.), was outstanding. My fears were quickly calmed by their respect for my requests and knowledge of the product. The entire purchase process, although long, was accomplished efficiently with all questions answered and the very important help of installing the necessary apps and syncing my phone. Sergio is a tech guru! I have only had the Sorento three days and had the chance to use the Navigation System. When I missed one of the cues to a tricky freeway cluster in downtown Sacramento, the system kept "recalculating" until I got back on the correct freeway to my destination. I was amazed how fast it worked. Obviously I have a lot of items to learn about the car, but I know who to call if I have questions. Thanks Roseville Kia!
