I had to deal with this dealership for a car sale... from moment one to the time they bought my car this team was top notch from being greeted at the driveway to figuring out the process they were fantastic. I watched not only how they dealt with me but all the customers either buying a new car or receiving service. Even the way they handled giving me a ride 30 miles home. Honestly, it seems like Kia dealerships are the best I've gotten to work with and I've bought cars from park place and sewell (puke). If you're in the market for any kind of vehicle Kia Granbury was TOP NOTCH.

If you are wanting a reliable car, that drives smooth, this is the car for you! Hands down the best car I have ever owned! I have a 2016 SXT Rear Wheel drive with the 3.6L V6 engine. I am the original owner and still till today I have the car. From mileage of 0-135,000, I have only had to have the oil changed, tires rotated, and of course brakes. At 135,000 miles I had my first major repair which was the passenger side lifters, cam shaft and Rods replaced. Now currently at 140,000 my drive shaft. But overall, this car has been hands down the best I have ever owned. The only thing that I am disappointed with is that Chargers are known for the door panels to peel away, and yet Dodge still has not put in a recall on this matter. Wake up Dodge put the recall in on the door panels pulling away, because honestly the glue you all used back then is not living up to its potential.

Everyone in the triad that helped us locate what we were wanting at a price point we were comfortable with made the process smooth & easy. Truly thankful for all of them & their patience with our indecisiveness and choppy weekend plans to finish the deal. Jeff was so helpful start to finish & was great at making sure we got something that had specific features we desired but keeping our finances in consideration as well. It was hard parting with the Borrego of 192,000miles we purchased from this same location 25 yrs ago-but they blessed us with a decent trade in value towards the purchase of a new Sorento. I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.

Had to wait for parts but not the dealers fault. They did a good job in getting a loaner even though this jeep was not purchased from them.

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

I traded in a 2011 SE Challenger that I had for 12 years & was NEVER disappointed. I traded it for a "last call" 2023 Challenger GT AWD w/the blacktop pkg & am so glad I stayed with the Dodge Challenger! I love this car, more than any bf! It's stylish, looks great in Shazberry Pearl aka Octane Red. It's comfortable to drive, but not to sleep in, lol. I trust & expect it'll be as reliable as the 2011. The AWD really makes a difference in handling. I really like the interior being loaded butcwould be nice to have blind spot notification. The only thing I do miss is the V8 rumble sound, but the gas mileage helps me get over that, 18mpg in town. MOPAR forever!

I have purchased 4 cars from Cransh in the past 4 years - all were (and still are) good vehicles. No haggling over the price is good and bad - good because you know the price - bad because they are a little high on prices, but the cars have all been serviced as opposed to most used car lots which just clean them and sell them.

It’s a great truck. Very cheap to fix when it needs to be. It breaks down all the time because it’s had multiple owners in the past. But that’s MY truck. Yours may be great. Mine is okay. Very very worn out. But it still runs good when it decides it wants to work.

This is a great place. I personally recommend working with Kelly in sales and Malcolm in finance. Blake in finance is also good but new to the finance department so Malcolm would be your best option. I left a very negative review after I felt like I had been completely taken advantage of by them on Saturday and was on the hook for a loan worth twice what the car was worth brand new. They completely took care of me and I got into a different car that was the same make and model but cheaper. My deal went from 34,000 total to 20,000 total after reworking it. I will say they want to add lots of stuff into the deal. It isn't necessarily bad but it adds up and I was unwilling to accept that. They will try to keep all or some of it on and if you don't want it then fight for the price you want and read the website to know their policies and guarantees. I will also leave this as a disclaimer, I would be selective about what salesperson you work with. My Mom overheard one of the guys complaining about how he was one sale away from a bonus and some lady wasted two hours of his time and backed it because she was incompetent. I saw the lady he was talking about and she was older and said very clearly she had someone waiting on her for some time now and could not stay longer. I also briefly worked with some other guy in the finance department who was pretty rude and I didn't enjoy that. I don't remember his name though. Kelly is a genuine person and a great saleswoman. You can trust her. It seems like some of the staff are a little more money focused and trying to help themselves more than the customer so beware. I also want to point out one of the managers introduced himself to me and was very kind. Also very apologetic over how things went the first day and I really appreciated it. Good place and some really good people. I had some mixed feelings with this experience but the likes of Malcolm, Kelly, and Blake and how they handled making things right with me overwhelmingly changed my overall experience to a positive--hence the 5 star review. This Challenger Hellcat is a little uncomfortable meaning its tight for legroom but 717 horsepower makes it fun with a 6.2 supercharged hemi engine. It looks so beatiful 10/10 would recommended.

I bought a 2002 Mercedes SLK230 from NESCO. The whole purchasing experience was fantastic, from the test drives through paying and picking up the car. I have gotten tons of compliments on the car. I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

The salesman, Jason, was courteous, knowledgeable and low pressure. We literally bought the car (2014 Mazda 3 I Sport) in only a little over an hour, including the test drive. No high pressure tactics nor “upselling”. I highly recommend Cransh as well as Jason B.

I purchased my truck new on Dec 31, 2002. It is an 03 crew cab, short box, Cummins HO, 6 speed manual. I still own it today with 315,000 miles very few repairs, oil change every 5K, 3 front end rebuilds, one water pump, a fan clutch, a new drivers seat pad and bottom cover, and a steering gear box. Surprisingly enough, I still have factory injectors. Absolutely the best truck I have ever owned BY FAR. Still gets up to 27 MPG and can pull just about anything you hook onto it. still looks new inside and out. I recently converted it to a dually to make it even more stable pulling my fifth wheel. Seems to be worth more today than what I paid for it 20 years ago.

The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

Been taking my vehicles to Meador over the last several years. No complaints. Work gets done in a timely manner. Christina Ibarra is an asset to the service dept. Had to leave one morning by 0900 & Car wasn’t ready so she gave me a ride to my Dr appt. Will use Meador now & in the future.
