Forest Lake Chrysler has far and away the best dealership I have been to. From the moment we walked it they moved with urgency and purpose. As busy parents with two kids we did not have much time. They quickly identified a car that matched our needs and even did a dealer trade to get us the exact options within one day. I could not have asked for any more from them.

I've had the car for a week and so far am loving it. I love the way it looks and it drives - no sharp/jarring brakes or gas. Plenty of power when I need it, love the technology. The bluetooth phone pairing is really easy to set up and the audio quality is great - better than talking on the phone directly. It does a great job understanding regular speech the first time and I've not yet had to repeat a command, very intuitive. It has USB ports and regular chargers, Android Auto/Uconnect makes it easy to use all of your phone's familiar apps. I also like how you sit up a bit higher than most cars, helps with visibility. The one thing I wish it had was blind-spot monitoring. That would be helpful but overall for the price I can't complain.
We had some credit issues and came to this dealership as they were recommended to help people with credit issues. We found a car and filled out our paper work and waited 24 hours for our approval. After submitting extra paperwork we were still waiting only to find out that the financing guy had left for the day and we were going to have to wait until the third day to finalize our purchase, We were ready to walk away and go somewhere else when they finally found someone to finish our paperwork and deliver or car. I felt that we were treated very poorly and the sales person almost lost a sale due to the poor performance of the financing person. I would question myself if I would ever return there if I was in the market for another car.
Finally a vehicle that fits all of my needs.

Easy to use store-able (stock) roof rack system.
Could use more USB and/or lighter ports, but easily upgraded.
Lot's of after market things to upgrade the SXT and GT models.
Kevin our salesman was most informative, friendly,kind, courteous, and over the top helpful. You have a great employee there make sure you keep him as he an Exceptional asset to your company. We really liked how he showed us how everything works in my new truck and explaining about the garage opener. He needs to be employee of the month/year for his hard work he puts toward your company. After the warranty everything is braking, it is two years old, and I've had to put almost 3,000 in it really bad on the road.
No pressure sales, they listened to our wants and needs. Vehicle was ready as promised, a full tank of gas is a nice extra value.

This Journey has so many features we still have not figured them all out. Never thought we needed a vehicle that is this loaded but may never buy another vehicle besides the Dodge Journey. Handles great in the snow, very reliable and there is something in it for all 4 of our kids aged 3-18.
We called before going in to test drive a car and the person who helped us was Kent, when we test drove the car he showed us some other options and we absolutely fell in love with a car that he showed us! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we got a good deal, by far the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. Thanks again for the great customer service and beautiful car!

We have spent almost $4500 in less than a year on our van. The heating and cooling system went out twice. We had to repair bushings that should not have failed so quick. The interior and the options are excellent. The video entertainment system rocks! Yes, we bought the van used but it only had 72,000 miles on it. It was bought locally and we are the second owners. You know buying a house is the biggest investment a person makes. Buying a car is second. Why do the big 3 automakers get away with fading paint, rusted doors, and vans like ours that breakdown at the drop of a hat!!! I’ll never buy from the big 3 again. The KIA Sorento is my next vehicle. I put 200,000 miles on our old Sorento without going to the shop once. 2008 was the first year for the Dodge Grand Caravan. STAY AWAY!!! Pick another year but not the 2008!! Also, you can’t check the transmission fluid. The dealer has to check it and it costs around $75!!

So far, this minivan has exceeded my expectations. Better mileage than I expected- 23 mpg- those are not highway miles. A 4 x 8 sheet of plywood fits in the back easily with the seats stowed. My Mountain bike fits easily standing up.
My first new car service trip, ever. Very professional and cautiously expedient. Like a controlled, chaos. I was left impressed how everybody worked together. The facilities are nice. I can't come with any bit of a negative comment. They even washed my car....

It has everything I need: heated steering wheel awesome when it’s cold outside, leather seats with cooling and heating, good performance even for 3.6 l engine. Best choice if you looking car for fun

Honestly I used to love this truck for about its first 60,000 kilometers after that things start to break and Chrysler does not want to help you not to mention the very pricey maintenance intervals you have to get done for warranty.
Had a rear differential safety recall fixed and 80,000 kilometer it still failed and caused me to go sideways on a highway, they ignored all attempts of coverage or help. The truck itself was stylist with an amazing interior and alpine sound system. It had heated power leather seats, bluetooth talk amd even played dvds on the screen. Performance was great..however..the Hemi would get very sluggish rather quickly after each dealership Hemi tuneup which was 600 dollars to get done, and my fuel efficiency on highway was 23L/ 100km at best so performance wise 300+ hp you rarely get to see. Exterior range but with upgrades like fender flares and tires you can really turn this truck into one great looking rig. Overall the lack of reliability since I had to give it up with only 130 000 km on it and customer care makes me give this truck 1 star because everything deserves atleast 1 star.

I purchased a used Ford van from Lee's. I searched online & local for several weeks. They were honest about the condition, right in line with the price, easy to work with, they let me know where it came from. I live almost 600 miles away, I felt comfortable enough to buy without a test drive. They worked well with my bank to keep the deal moving. This car has plenty of room inside and lots of power under the hood. If I ever need to buy one again I would in a heartbeat
We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. Black top edition 2018 Durango GT. We love this vehicle. The navigation is easy to use the huge screen on the stereo system is awesome. The whole system is easy to use and user friendly. The interior is awesome grey leather heated seats and steering wheel combined with the remote start. Means no more jumping into a cold vehicle on the very cold days. The interior is very well laid out from cup holders to the smoke supply of storage boxes throughout the vehicle. Very comfortable. The black top edition exterior speaks for itself. Rhe new hood scoop dodge added is a awesome look on these SUVs. I get thumbs up from a lot of drivers on the road. The dual exhaust sounds great and this thing has zero lack of power. The handling is amazing for an SUV. We couldn't have asked for better looking better functioning SUV for our family. Oh and guys you can look cool in a family SUV. This is the one.
Purchased a 2017 Ford Edge from Jim Rued. As always, Jim gave me realistic options based on my personal situation which worked out smoothly. Ben gave me good financing options to choose from. I send all my family and friends to Jim and Inver Grove Ford because I know will be taken good care of.
