Bozard FordReviews
Bozard Ford review
It's been one month since I purchased a vehicle from Bozard Ford Lincoln and I just want to give a shout-out and say how pleased I was with the whole experience. I really dread car buying but our salesman, Jesse James, and his assistant Marcos made the process very easy and were accommodating to us and our situation. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and showed it to us in a warm and non-pressured manner. After we decided to buy the vehicle, everything was taken care of in advance, including our trade-in, and the process was seamless. We drove away with no regrets on price/purchase. Jesse even checked in with us after a few days to make sure we were still happy and we are! It's not every day you get treated so patiently and respectfully at a car dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership based on just this experience. Thanks, Jesse and Carlos!!! We love our new vehicle.
2019 Dodge Challenger review
I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.

Nimnicht ChevroletReviews
Nimnicht Chevrolet review
Exceptional Experience – Truly Unmatched Walter is not just a car salesman—he is the embodiment of energy, honesty, empathy, insight, confidence, and pure authenticity. He isn’t selling cars; he’s selling himself, and that genuine connection reaches people at their core. That is what draws people to him and what sets him apart from anyone else in the industry. I can say without hesitation that I will always buy my vehicles from Walter. No matter where he works, I will follow. In my book, he deserves to be nominated for Employee of the Year—he is an absolute asset to the Nimnicht Chevrolet family and a rare find in today’s world. Walter and Sales Manager Jose made an incredible tag team, going above and beyond to fight for my wife’s dream car. Their dedication was unmatched. Jose, in particular, was amazing—empathetic, reassuring, and genuinely supportive. He took the time to console my wife and made her feel heard and valued every step of the way. Both gentlemen were truly above reproach. To top it all off, John in finance made the entire process smooth, simple, and stress-free. He explained everything clearly and made what is usually the most intimidating part of buying a car incredibly easy. Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Nimnicht Chevrolet has an incredible team, and because of them, we will absolutely be lifelong customers
2015 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

2005 Dodge Sprinter review
This Sprinter is great. I have a sharpening shop set up in the van. It is roomy, I can stand up inside. The rear doors open fully and fold back to magnetic clips on the sides. Tremendous air flow through. I get 22 MPG in all sorts of driving. The vehicle handles very well and the brakes stop better than any van I have had. I have driven this van for a year (20,000 miles) and had no trouble. The only negative is not many Dodge dealers service the sprinter. That can be a problem.

2008 Dodge Ram 1500 review
I bought this truck brand NEW, I now have 362,000 miles on her and she is still running great. My only repairs were a shaft in the transfer case and new bushings in the rear suspension. . I am planning on replacing the front struts and I am thinking about 3/4 ton leaf springs. Why ? Because the truck is used as a truck not a family sedan. But I can see why people use it as a family sedan. Rides like one. . I will never sell this truck. Best truck I ever owned ! Thank you Diamler Chrysler. Awesome truck.

CarMax Jacksonville West review
I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. I test drove the car on a Friday, filled everything out on line, was approved for my loan, came back on Monday and purchased the vehicle using the express checkout. My local VW dealership checked out the vehicle and it was perfect. Thanks CarMax.
2016 Dodge Dart review
I bought this Dart used. It was a one-owner car with 26,970 miles. The fit and finish are excellent. Amazing standard features for a car of the original MSRP. The car's looks are still current 9 years after production ceased. It normally gets around 25-30 MPG. My only complaint is the Hyundai 6-speed automatic as I wish that it had an American-made 9-speed automatic instead. I had been driving various Plymouth and Dodge Neons for 31 years prior to the purchase of this Dart.

2014 Dodge Charger review
At 129,000 mi I replaced the plugs, igniti on coils, belt tensioner and belt,PCV,M AP sensor, water pump, new aluminum coolant crossover( by plastic), aluminu m thermostat housing and thermostat ,upper & lower radiator hoses, new all aluminum oil filter housing(by plastic),n ew lower& upper intake manifold gaske ts,cut out the plastic heater core "Tee" and installed a metal 1"x1"x1/2" and ne w hose clamps, flushed and refilled OAT antifreeze, drained trany pan and put in new oil filter and new trany pan"with a installed drain plug" in it,replaced the 3.5 qts of synthetic ATF+4 transmission fluid that come out of it and used the trany fluid check stick at 150° F throug h the "dealer only" trany fluid tube cap to 63 mm measurement trany fluid leve l,replaced both upstream O2 sensors, cleaned the throttle and throttle body, put on a new lower engine oil pan( that the oil change shop stripped the drain plug threads out on) changed the 5W-2 0 synthetic oil,and drained/ pumped out all rear end gear lube oil and put in new 75W-140 gear lube. I figure, that, my 2014 charger SE 3.6L should be good for another 100,000 to 200,000 miles ( of course,I will drain an d refill the trany fluid again after 10,00 0 to 15,000 mi to bring my fluid ratio up to 75% -90% clean/ new trany fluid) . I've already brought my MPG up from 18 mpg to 26mpg Lesson and advice--"take care of your car/ investment and you won't have to spend another $30,000 to $90,000 for/on a new car' (I call "the junk and crap cars of today)". Personally-im considering a 1960' s to 1970's dodge,Chevy SS,Pontiac, cuda,or GTO of yester-year I remember owning and diving in my youth( 45+ years ago).

Buying a vehicle can be stressful but DJ makes the whole experience so much easier. He will walk you through everything from start to finish and answer all your questions. He went through all the warranty options and doesn't push the most expensive one. He listens to what you want and will help you find the best option. He genuinely cares about the commitment you're about to make and is honest so if you need a vehicle go see DJ! We have not purchased yet (currently browsing). We do not currently need a third vehicle for a few more months and waiting to see if they get in another Defender.

Sheldon Smith was very polite, knowledgeable, and attentive to everything that was needed. Definitely recommend!
2019 Dodge Journey review
I have had this '19 GT for a little over a year and 10,000 miles or so, including two long trips. It is comfortable, performs reasonably well, and has a lot of helpful features, although not "the latest." I like the look of it (Black/Chrome trim), and my impression is that they made it as close to a Minivan as possible in an SUV. It has wide-opening rear doors, storage under the seats and cargo area, and three rows of seats. My actual fuel economy is about 22 on trips and 19 around town. I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle and have had no problems at all. As for the 3.6 I am very encouraged that they use this thing in everything from the Challenger to the RAM 1500, plus the Gladiator (only motor offered). They must have confidence in it.

CarMax Roswell review
My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.
2015 Dodge Dart review
Our Dart has been great. One thing it will needs a QT of oil every 1000 miles. We had low profile tires. Lots of problems. But I knew that when I bought the car. had to replace rims. Gas Mileage is 24 miles Combined. Spare tire was an option. I check that box. Need spare tire. Only real problem was air condition. Needed a hose it was under warranty.

Worked with ROLIN, and was very easy going and helped me in the sales process. Helped me and my son both get a car. Couldn’t be happier
2019 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

2017 Dodge Journey review
Been enjoying this vehicle for a few years now. Was my company vehicle and gifted me at my retirement. The jobs and other tasks that this vehicle helped me through has been amazing. The 3d seat is a plus and when it's down the cargo I can load is fantastic. Good performance, mileage and maintenance. I'd buy another one with no problem.
