2002 Dodge Durango review
I have had my 2002 SXT Durango for 17 years with 165,00.00 miles on it and this baby is the vehicle I've owned, Living in Colorado you need four wheel drive this Durango is dominator in the snow. it still runs strong and does well at altitude. When the motor goes in it I will just put another motor in it. It's in great shape and I have replaced a lot of things on it, just maintaining.

2018 Dodge Durango review
I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

The Challenger is a car that stands out from the others with its sleek and sexy eye appealing curves and performance. The Challenger has the appeal of a modern day muscle car with the power and performance to back it up. With modern conveniences like Air conditioning, heated and cooled seats and much more. The seats in the challenger will suck you into them and hold you securely while you are operating the car. Wether it be taking a nice Sunday stroll or flooring it around a corner drifting, the seats will hold you securely and snugly. The Challenger has a huge trunk space for additional groceries or clothing for trips or the grocery store. The back seat is big and can lay down flat. For an adult they back seat will be cramped. A car seat will fit back there and works well. There are multiple models of challenger out there. From the SXT, GT, RT, TA, Scat Packs, Red eye, xxxx cat and demon. The challenger turns heads no matter where you go or what model you choose. The performance you will get out of your car will leave a smile on your face every time you drive it. It will also leave you wanting to drive all the time. When you first step on the gas and the challenger responds. Pushing you back into your seat a little giving you the feeling of the power it holds. If that doesn’t make you smile you are in the wrong vehicle. If you want the best modern Muscle car look no further the Challenger is it. Since the 60’s and 70’s the challenger hasn’t changed much unlike the Mustang and Camaro. I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

2022 Dodge Challenger review
I absolutely LOVE this car! Mine is the SXT base trim with the Pentastar V6 engine, purchased used at 37,000ish miles, but it is still the best car I’ve ever owned or driven. It is extremely comfortable to sit in (I am 5’10), on par with the comfort of my dad’s old ‘87 Camaro, which was also incredibly comfortable. It’s not a cramped space to sit in and the console is a comfortable arm rest height. But family conscious buyer beware, this isn’t a family friendly car; there’s pretty much no legroom in the back of the car. Maybe if you’re short and very skinny you could fit well, but taller or heavier folks will definitely not fit in the back. I certainly struggled to fit just to pull the seat down to extend the trunk space! The headrests of the backseats are a little tall and don’t let the front seats click back up all the way unless you pull the bucket seats up really far which is a little annoying but as someone who doesn’t lug around much it’s not something I’m really frustrated with. The trunk is super spacious! It rides very smoothly on the absolute garbage roads here in Western Washington (we have some of the worst roads in the US). Still bumpy because the potholes are insane, but smoother than our my parents vehicles and my old car (2011 Kia Soul). The audio controls on the steering wheel are mounted on the back which was odd to me initially but I have quickly adapted to their placement and make use of them a ton with Apple Music. Speaking of music, the base 6 speaker audio system sounds phenomenal as it comes; loud and I can really feel the drums and bass on higher volumes which I love, though I’ll be adding a subwoofer at some point. Let the music play! The engine and transmission run and function well and shifts smoothly in both regular and sport driving mode; I love sport mode, the slight engine sound difference and touchier throttle is fun, but it does reduce fuel efficiency a bit so I don’t use it too terribly much. I do wish the car was fitted with a cat-back exhaust system so it at least has the sound of a muscle car (where’s the allure in a muscle car, particularly one that revives the classics in a modern form, that has a quiet engine?) while retaining the more dependable and fuel efficient motor. That is something I will be saving up to change out, but that’s just me; for many that doesn’t matter, but is something to note if you are an avid lover of classic muscle cars and want to enjoy its allure even if you can’t afford the higher trims with the V8s, I certainly couldn’t; but that’s okay, I still cherish this car and appreciate the reliability of the V6 as a lower income individual. One thing I really don’t like (but chose to live with as I love the car to death otherwise) is that a lot of the climate control features are “locked” behind the infotainment screen; making it a big distraction and hassle to change between max or regular air conditioning and the which fans are blowing. The only buttons for it is a dial for fan strength, an off switch, an auto button, defrosters, and the AC on/off button. The USB and aux plug ins are inside the console, which is kind of awkward, but I actually like that as it makes you put your phone in the console (unless you have a long cord, mine is coiled) which prevents it from being a distraction. There is a moderate blind spot, but it is easily corrected with *properly* angled side mirrors. All in all I love this car and couldn’t recommend it more than I do. I plan to try to make this last the rest of my life in the best shape possible. It’s Mopar or no car! 🚗

2020 Dodge Charger review
I haven’t been able to drive for 15 yrs. I wanted a Dodge Challenger but with 2 large pits, I “settled” for the Charger as I’m 60 & didn’t want to drag my butt out of a low sports car, but wanted a “HoT” driving experience without a huge price. The 2020 CHARGER SXT PLUS is by far 1 of my favorite sports cars of all time! Great ride, comfort, accessories!

Jeff went above and beyond to resolve an incredibly frustrating situation and completely restored my faith in trusting a dealership. I came into this situation understandably frustrated after experiencing a major transmission failure shortly after purchasing my vehicle from Hendrick. What initially felt like an overwhelming and disappointing situation could have easily turned into an even worse customer experience. Instead, Jeff, as the Service Manager, took ownership of the situation and worked diligently to find a resolution. He listened to my concerns, took the time to understand the circumstances, and worked with his team to find a solution that significantly reduced my out-of-pocket expense. He also made sure I had transportation while my vehicle was being repaired, including shuttle transportation to and from the service center as needed. That was incredibly helpful given my family’s transportation situation and made an already stressful experience much easier to manage. What impressed me most was Jeff’s willingness to go above and beyond what I expected from a service department. He didn’t simply point to the service contract and tell me what couldn’t be done. He advocated for me, communicated with me, followed through on what he said he would do, and worked to find a solution that was fair. As a customer, having someone in a leadership position who is willing to personally take ownership of a difficult situation makes an enormous difference. Jeff turned what could have been a terrible experience into one that ultimately restored my confidence in Hendrick. Jeff represents the kind of service leadership that makes customers feel heard, valued, and taken care of. After this experience, I would absolutely feel comfortable returning to Hendrick for future service, and I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a service manager who genuinely cares about his customers. 2023 Dodge Challenger review
Plenty of power. Plenty of style. Like the old coke bottle. Curves like a Woman. They are Sexy and also made to enjoy. Too bad the 2023 was the Last Call for the Scat Pack. One of the finest cars ever made. The one with the SRT Package with the leather interior is over the top.

2016 Dodge Charger review
If you are wanting a reliable car, that drives smooth, this is the car for you! Hands down the best car I have ever owned! I have a 2016 SXT Rear Wheel drive with the 3.6L V6 engine. I am the original owner and still till today I have the car. From mileage of 0-135,000, I have only had to have the oil changed, tires rotated, and of course brakes. At 135,000 miles I had my first major repair which was the passenger side lifters, cam shaft and Rods replaced. Now currently at 140,000 my drive shaft. But overall, this car has been hands down the best I have ever owned. The only thing that I am disappointed with is that Chargers are known for the door panels to peel away, and yet Dodge still has not put in a recall on this matter. Wake up Dodge put the recall in on the door panels pulling away, because honestly the glue you all used back then is not living up to its potential.

I'm compelled to share my good experience at this Carmax dealership. I ordered my car from their Fayetteville store with a free transfer. They kept me informed through text and email of the transfer status. I could have waited for a call but since I knew it arrived I called to schedule a test drive. I had applied online for financing and was approved with little detail but when I called to see if they would transfer to Fayetteville they asked similar questions and got the finalized approval. The salesman on the phone had an instant approval with 3 term options and the corresponding interest rate. He told me what the payment would be. In the end the payment was exactly as they quoted by phone. I expected to be in and out but spent 4 hours there. That probably wasn't normal though. The salesman Bob and I talked too much and he messed up our address in the computer. It happens. The other slowdown was the slight difference between the drivers license name and the credit app name. Oddly enough those small mistakes cost us an extra hour and a half. It happens. Meanwhile during the test drive I noticed a vibration on the highway over 60mph. They decided to have it looked at while we were there and rebalance the tires as well as resurfacing the front rotors. I was honestly surprised that they did the rotors. I didnt mention anything about them. I thought it was just the tires. In the end the vehicle took longer than the purchase process. It was quite an operation they had. They've really streamlined their processes. The financing, trade-in process, transfer process, detailing process, service process etc. Were really wild to see in action. The things I loved: The approval and disclosure process of financing. The transfer process. The minimization of paperwork. The teamwork process of communication. The dealership itself. The cars are all open to look in and sit in without a need for a salesman to get keys. No need for proof of income with fair to less than fair credit. Free coffee and bottled water. Fixing issues on the car while we complete the purchase and paperwork. The cons: small mistakes made very long wait. I'm quicker than them at moving the process forward. No negotiation price is a little high. Tips: as with everything in life do your due diligence. Inspect the car thoroughly. Utilize their carfax and recall information. Consider selling your car elsewhere for more money if you paid off your trade. Push along the process if you want it to go faster. Dont buy their gap insurance. Its overpriced and negates a good deal. Consider an outside warranty company for a better price. Realize a well placed call will hurry the process and verify what one person told you as being true. Place a hold on a vehicle you like for 7 days for free. Apply online to streamline the process.
2021 Dodge Charger review
I currently own the burgundy SXT 2021, bought brand new five years now and I will say this car does what it is supposed to do! I keep up the maintenance and I have the extended warranty. This car is absolutely beautiful and runs so smooth that I still have NO complaints. It’s my baby❤️
