Ron Dupratt FordReviews
Ron Dupratt Ford review
I am compelled to share the outstanding experience I had at Ron Dupratt Ford, which was significantly superior to my previous interactions with other dealerships, particularly following an unfortunate encounter at Carmax. From the moment I arrived, Debby's efficiency was evident as she promptly guided me through their impressive selection. Her combination of patience and attentive care throughout the entire process truly set a new standard for customer service. Notably, before finalizing my decision, Debby graciously offered a meal? a thoughtful gesture that underscored the importance of comfort in making informed choices. Moreover, Eric's expertise was invaluable; he diligently worked to secure the most favorable deal for me. His assistance with the application process for Ford's down payment assistance program for students exemplifies their commitment to supporting customers' financial needs. Ron Dupratt Ford earns my highest recommendation ? an unequivocal 10 out of 5 stars! Their team's dedication ensures that I will confidently continue my patronage.

2022 Dodge Charger review
The 2022 GT Charger looks great and sexy. Has a great sport suspension with excellent handling, V6 and ride. Best of all it gets excellent highway gas mileage. 30+ MPG. Trim and interior are perfect, except for not having the updated LED interior lighting. Otherwise, car can compete with any foreign manufacture in quality and price. Would recommend this car with a five-star rating.

2020 Dodge Charger review
I haven’t been able to drive for 15 yrs. I wanted a Dodge Challenger but with 2 large pits, I “settled” for the Charger as I’m 60 & didn’t want to drag my butt out of a low sports car, but wanted a “HoT” driving experience without a huge price. The 2020 CHARGER SXT PLUS is by far 1 of my favorite sports cars of all time! Great ride, comfort, accessories!

Shottenkirk Honda DavisReviews
Shottenkirk Honda Davis review
I had an outstanding experience working with Phillip Najera at Shottenkirk Honda with the purchase of my 2026 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. From the very beginning, Phillip demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to ensuring I received the best possible financing approval based on my individual financial situation. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked diligently to secure the precise vehicle and loan terms I wanted. Throughout the entire process, Phillip was transparent, patient, and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for me rather than simply making a sale. His level of customer service far exceeded my expectations and is a true reflection of what outstanding automotive sales and customer care should look like. Employees like Phillip Najera are a tremendous asset to Shottenkirk Honda and deserve professional recognition for their commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Because of Phillip's exceptional service, I will confidently return to Shottenkirk Honda for future vehicle purchases and will gladly recommend both Phillip Najera and the dealership to family, friends, and colleagues. He has earned my trust, my loyalty, and my future business.
2023 Dodge Charger review
Love this car. I had bought a 2011 Charger when they first changed the body style and loved it as well but I moved up north and needed to sell it for 4 wheel drive. I am back down south now and got rid of the 4 wheel drive and went straight back to the Charger. I bought the R/T and it has lots of power and is super comfortable as well. I plan on keeping this one and never getting rid of it. If you want something that can fit 4 to 5 people comfortably and still have plenty of muscle this is a great car.

At 129,000 mi I replaced the plugs, igniti on coils, belt tensioner and belt,PCV,M AP sensor, water pump, new aluminum coolant crossover( by plastic), aluminu m thermostat housing and thermostat ,upper & lower radiator hoses, new all aluminum oil filter housing(by plastic),n ew lower& upper intake manifold gaske ts,cut out the plastic heater core "Tee" and installed a metal 1"x1"x1/2" and ne w hose clamps, flushed and refilled OAT antifreeze, drained trany pan and put in new oil filter and new trany pan"with a installed drain plug" in it,replaced the 3.5 qts of synthetic ATF+4 transmission fluid that come out of it and used the trany fluid check stick at 150° F throug h the "dealer only" trany fluid tube cap to 63 mm measurement trany fluid leve l,replaced both upstream O2 sensors, cleaned the throttle and throttle body, put on a new lower engine oil pan( that the oil change shop stripped the drain plug threads out on) changed the 5W-2 0 synthetic oil,and drained/ pumped out all rear end gear lube oil and put in new 75W-140 gear lube. I figure, that, my 2014 charger SE 3.6L should be good for another 100,000 to 200,000 miles ( of course,I will drain an d refill the trany fluid again after 10,00 0 to 15,000 mi to bring my fluid ratio up to 75% -90% clean/ new trany fluid) . I've already brought my MPG up from 18 mpg to 26mpg Lesson and advice--"take care of your car/ investment and you won't have to spend another $30,000 to $90,000 for/on a new car' (I call "the junk and crap cars of today)". Personally-im considering a 1960' s to 1970's dodge,Chevy SS,Pontiac, cuda,or GTO of yester-year I remember owning and diving in my youth( 45+ years ago).

All Star Ford review
Hands down the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. After spending all day driving around from one dealer to the next with no luck seeing a car we like or striking a deal, this was our last stop on the list. From the first phone call to the last signature signed, everyone at ALLSTARFORD treated us like we were ALL STARS ourselves. One person in particular, salesman Damon, went above and beyond making sure we got the deal we wanted and that we were 100% satisfied with the used car. Although it was at the end of his shift, Damon never rushed or pressured us. He made us felt completely at ease throughout the whole experience. We came back the next day, greeted by his big, bright smile to finish the paper work with Wayne, who by the way, had quite a sense of humor. Damon even helped us wipe off the tire shine residue before we drove off. What a gentleman. It's rare and cool to see people who genuinely love their jobs and care for their customers these days. You guys rock and definitely earned my business for years to come. Thinh & Tin.
2022 Dodge Charger review
the car is absolutely amazing…. but they are out of there xxxx minds if they think this car is worth $70,000 . Completely over priced and someone is trying to screw someone over big time. The car is not worth that much and we have yet reached a time where they are no longer selling them at dealerships. There are a lot still out here and selling very well. This person who ever put that $70,000 price tag on this car is insane and shouldn’t be aloud to sell fruit no less a car smh.

2015 Dodge Dart review
Our Dart has been great. One thing it will needs a QT of oil every 1000 miles. We had low profile tires. Lots of problems. But I knew that when I bought the car. had to replace rims. Gas Mileage is 24 miles Combined. Spare tire was an option. I check that box. Need spare tire. Only real problem was air condition. Needed a hose it was under warranty.

2019 Dodge Charger review
SXT AWD 3.6 V6 is a very comfortable and dependable car with enough power. I get 33 mpg on long trips and with AWD very handy for wet roads or snow. Lots of extra features like the Beats stereo and I also like the red door puddle lights, fold-down rear seat makes extra trunk hauling space, too. I recommend the Charger, No mechanical issues so far.

Elk Grove Dodge Chrysler Jeep RamReviews
2021 Dodge Charger review
Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

I had a great experience purchasing my used 2023 Tesla Y from Lumin Fisker! I worked with Alexandria who was very helpful in selecting this vehicle and answering all my questions. She really wanted to make sure I got the right vehicle for me even if I had to go to another dealer. In the end, the Tesla was the perfect car at a perfect price! Pete even found that he could beat my banks financing rate and so I got the car at even a lower monthly payment amount! Way to go Lumin! They were really nice to work with (not pushy) and made the transaction a very pleasant purchase experience. I will be back when I need my next car!

2021 Dodge Charger review
Great Car! Easy to handle. Great turn radius. Comfortable ride. Good acceleration. Smooth riding! Recommended! I would say one of the best sedans on the market. For picky drivers GT would be better choice.

2022 Dodge Charger review
2022 Charger. Handle and drives great with the 20 inch wheels. Brakes great. Getting 26 mpg town and over 30 mpg on the highway. Plenty of power with the 3.6 engine. Great car for the money.

The overall experience was excellent, quick, and painless. Jose was a great salesman and sent me a personalized video of the vehicle and I was sold at that moment!

I have had several Chargers over a lot of years, and this is the best! It is just so stupid that Dodge quit making one of their best selling cars.

Thank you Kenape for selling me my new Ford Maverick. He honored the agreed upon OTD price and accepted my credit union's auto loan without any push back. He was not pushy on anything extra that I did not want.

CarMax Serramonte review
I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!
2019 Dodge Charger review
i have a 2018 SXT it is plumb crazy purple love the color was going to buy a B5 blue until i seen them side by side. The biggest problem i have with it is the door panels warping on all 4 doors along with the drivers side console. This is a common problem with the Dodge cars. there should be a recall from the factory but alas nothing. Door panel run anywhere from 250 used to 600 new. Check the web about this before buying a Dodge.

My car does not look like that generic Charger they put on this page. Scat Pack wasn’t an option. I highly recommend 392 Wide Body Scat Pack! It looks nice, is dependable, and is great performance wise.

Very quick response when booking service appointment. The service was excellent we will continue bringing our auto to get serviced to this location in Elk Grove, CA
2019 Dodge Charger review
This car looks very aggressive from the first day I got but I had to put a rhino push bumper with headlights rails to add to its safety. It’s very strong on the road and can overtake any dough bag ricer that tries cutting me off. I get challenged often by other drivers due to the way my V8 sounds, which I love. I’d recommend this car to V8 enthusiasts for starters but the real power is higher than the R/T I currently own. Due to how bad they are on gas, they’re not good as a daily vehicle if you drive often. Lastly, sport mode is awesome but launch control is insane with this R/T.

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.
