AutoNation USA Phoenix AvondaleReviews
AutoNation USA Phoenix Avondale review
I live about three and a half hours from the dealership. When I first contacted them, Lilly Quintero worked with me and helped me by sending pictures to me and a credit application. The car was awaiting parts to repair the driver’s side window regulator. Her enthusiasm and professionalism convinced me to purchase the car and I am going to the dealership to complete the purchase on Saturday, September 19th. I am positively thrilled!
2025 Dodge Durango review
I recently rented a 2023 Dodge Durango GT RWD for a summer-family vacation. I was impressed by its smooth ride, comfort, and overall refinement. The SUV felt economical yet luxurious, with surprisingly wide interior space. I particularly appreciated the third-row seating, which was designed thoughtfully to provide ample legroom without increasing the vehicle’s overall length. After this excellent experience with the rental car in Florida, I’ve decided to buy a new Durango GT Plus AWD. I really like it and believe it will remain a trusted companion for a long time—more enduring than the average vehicle.

Griffin FordReviews
Griffin Ford review
Amazing service at Griffin Ford, the salesman Peter was as easygoing as they come, the least stressful car buying experience I’ve ever had.
2015 Dodge Journey review
Now, I did just purchase this car, just a couple of months ago, and even though it's an older car, it only had 55,000 miles when I bought it, and I purchased a 5-star warranty as well. First, I'm probably being a bit bias, b/c I'm a Dodge fan, due the Nitro I had previously. But so far, the other reviews I've read are pretty much spot-on. Mine has the 2.4L 4-cylinder. It's not as good on the gas mileage as other 4 cylinders, from the Reviews I had already read, b/c the Journey is heavy, but for me, it's also less to fill up than the 3.6L, 6 cylinder Nitro I owned previously. I also wouldn't take it on any sharp turns either. As other reviews had said, the engine does make some noise, but it's not that big of a deal to me. However, unlike the other reviews I had read, I have plenty of space as a driver, it's not as compacted as I thought it would be, but the cargo space has plenty of room, just like I've read. The infotainment system is really good too, just like the reviews I'd read had stated. I have SIRIUS, don't know how, I'm not paying for it, but if it's a feature with this car, fantastic, BB King's Bluesville station is on constant play, as other stations are too. It doesn't have the vehicle backing system nor an AUX connector that most cars now have, but it's a 2015, and the Journey wasn't Dodge's most elite model either. However, so far, I'm growing into this car, and glad I purchased it. I'll probably get the Hornet next. Ha.

Car Dome Auto SalesReviews
Car Dome Auto Sales review
I had such an amazing car buying experience thanks to Drew. He truly went above and beyond. After the first hour of inquiring about my vehicle, he was giving me a phone call. I live in Washington, and was hesitant to buy a vehicle from another state; since I couldn’t take a look at the vehicle or test drive it. He sent such well, detailed videos of him driving the vehicle, as well as interior and exterior videos. He was running numbers for me after work hours and did all the leg work. Drew was nothing but honest, and worked just as hard as me to make my deal work. I was unsure for a few days if I could make it all work out, and he was patient the entire time. He took it day by day along side me. He didn’t pressure nor drop me, not once, even after it took me 2 weeks to seal the deal. I plan to continue my business with CarDome in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family, and honestly anybody who needs a car!

Spitzer Chevrolet NorthfieldReviews
Spitzer Chevrolet Northfield review
I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. We had issues with our 2010 Buick that he painstakingly birddogged and resolved our vehicles issue, after a ridiculous amount of effort corrected our issue. Moving forward Andrew and his Service/Mechanical team have been GREAT partners. I have been Vice President of several companies. People skills and compassion is something that is hard to teach. BUT comes natural to people that really want to take care of each individual they encounter. If I could CLON the passion and real concern that Andrew and his team have for customers it would be incredible. Thank you for all that Spitzer NORTHFIELD and the service team does for me and my family. Stay Well God Bless... Chuck Montgomery

As a consumer of many vehicles, I am very impressed with this dealership. I would suggest purchasing a car at this honest and transparent dealer.
2024 Dodge Durango review
The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

2014 Dodge Durango review
When I bought my 2014 in 2015 every was great until just a few years ago. The injectors started failing and needed replacement. The passenger seatbelts stop working. The Third row seating isn't for seating it's for luggage or dogs. It has its issues but it's still very popular. If your warranty expires get the diamond plan or top tier plan to cover repairs as the repairs are expensive.

Martin Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram review
Shopped at Martins Garage last week. Salesman Curtis Knaack arranged for a drive a new Grand Cherokee. No pressure. No double talk. We were impressed with our drive. Curtis went over straight forward, informative narrative. Answered every question we had. Nice relaxed conversation. He knows the vehicle and process inside and out. After purchase, Curtis spent literally hours explaining the systems on the vehicle and how to use them. He's called me twice to make sure there were no problems or questions. Highly recommended.
2017 Dodge Journey review
Been enjoying this vehicle for a few years now. Was my company vehicle and gifted me at my retirement. The jobs and other tasks that this vehicle helped me through has been amazing. The 3d seat is a plus and when it's down the cargo I can load is fantastic. Good performance, mileage and maintenance. I'd buy another one with no problem.

2017 Dodge Durango review
R/T Blacktop Edition, had wheels chrome anodized as part of deal. Incredible pep and still I have life-of-car mpg of almost 19mpg! Infotainment system rated as the most intuitive on the market. THAT is true! Approaching 30k miles and so far only in last month one problem. Water pump sprung tiny leak. In 2017 dealers offered LIFETIME warranty for entire drivetrain plus some. YEP! They replaced it and it cost me ZERO. DEALERSHIP that did work told me NEVER sell this car! Someone that has a business bought an entire fleet and have had engines replaced after 500,000 miles! Free! Captains seats and console in second row, sunroof, towing package, BEATS stereo kicks a$$ !!! Air conditioners for front and rear. Plenty of cargo room convertible to (2) more seats if necessary for short trips or smaller people. USB ports and electrical plugs everywhere! Sport Mode, Paddle shifters, tons of goodies. Don’t get one with Auto-Stop though. Dealer said I made the right choice not ordering that. He said people hate it. Mine has the “turn-knob” shifter that was a downer at first. Didn’t think I’d EVER get used to that! But I did and it is so much less of a pain because it is so flat and doesn’t stick up in your way. Plenty of cup-holders, pockets on doors, etc. Car has a wonderful and SOLID feel. No squeaks or rattles at all. Love the options with the dashboard instruments too. Yes. This car will stay with me a VERY LONG TIME.

Alfa Romeo of Strongsville review
Mike was my salesperson and Jared was my finance manager that were incredibly helpful. They had to deal with a challenging situation with their system upgrades, but navigated the situation perfectly and got me into my new car within 24 hours. I really liked working with them both and highly recommend the dealership!

Russ Darrow Mitsubishi review
My wife and I found the slightly-used Nissan Leaf at Cars.com and were sure that's what we wanted. But we didn't want to drive to Waukesha from West Bend, so we went to the WB Nissan dealership, also part of the Russ Darrow empire, and people communicated and cooperated and the next day the Leaf showed up in West Bend, we took it for a spin, and we're now its happy owners. So a big Kudos for the friendly and helpful sharing of resources. Beats defending your turf(s) anytime.

2021 Dodge Durango review
I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

2024 Dodge Hornet review
We bought this car brand new. One thing I don’t like is it has no spare tire, just an air pump. We don’t drive a lot. We have owned our car a little over two years and we have 5322 miles on it. Since we have had it the AC Compressor locked up, under warranty, replaced with new belt, then a front axle had to be replaced because the metal ring was put above the rubber boot, under warranty, the most recent our battery was dead, very cold winter, and a power steering module was draining the battery, under warranty. There is a recall on the computer screen, we never had an issue with it , but that was replaced. When we purchased this car we paid a good amount to have an extended warranty for 6-7 years after the Chrysler one is done. May be a good thing we purchased that. Everything is covered on this car, with the exception of maintenance such as brakes, oil changes, etc…. We love the car, handles nice, does well in the snow, and it looks good!!!! We have no worries, we have the warranty for the next several years. The Chrysler dealer we take it to are very nice, competent, polite fellows. I’m sure all makes and models Chevy’s, Ford’s, etc…all have manufacturing issues. Like I said this car handles nice, and looks good. I read in Italy they have Hornets as police cars. So we will give it a 4 star out of 5. Happy Motoring Folk’s!!!!!

CarGet Motors review
I had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing my Lexus RC350 F Sport from Carget Motors! From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism was top-notch, and the entire inventory was incredibly well-maintained. Finding the exact spec I wanted was a breeze, and the car was presented in pristine condition. A huge shoutout to Marino, who went above and beyond to make this deal happen. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the RC350 and took the time to walk me through all of its features without making me feel rushed. His customer service was exceptional, making the entire buying process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. What really set this experience apart was how transparent Marino and the rest of the team were throughout the entire transaction. There were no hidden fees, no sudden surprises, and no typical dealership games. They laid out all the numbers clearly from the very beginning, which gave me complete peace of mind before signing anything. I couldn't be happier with my new ride and the outstanding service I received. If you're looking for a hassle-free car buying experience with a team you can actually trust, I highly recommend visiting Carget Motors and asking for Marino. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle!
2022 Dodge Durango review
I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

Had a flat tire on our 2022 Jeep Cherokee, vehicle didn't have a spare tire or fix a flat. Mike at Ryan's front counter was super to work with and found that we had roadside assistance. Got me the phone number and had the vehicle towed to Buffalo. Mike also ordered the fix a flat that was suppose to be in the vehicle when purchased. Service repaired the tire in a timely manner. Thanks

2018 Dodge Durango review
I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

2017 Dodge Journey review
Bought new in October 2017. 85,000+ miles. Needs new set of tires (previous set went 40,000+ miles) and a new battery (original battery dying after 69 months). Otherwise just (full synthetic) oil changes and routine maintenance. 2.4L 4-cyl. engine/4-sp. automatic trans. runs strong. 21 MPG in town, 30 MPG on the highway. Good winter traction with the right tires. Nothing inside or outside has fallen off that wasn't helped off by road debris. I wanted basic transportation without all the bling - this vehicle has more than filled the bill.

Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.

2013 Dodge Journey review
Hi guys: This is my 4th report on this vehicle. The car is now 10 years old and has 140,000 miles on it. Our car has the 3.6 Pentastar, 3rd row seating, 8.4 inch Uconnect system, roof racks, premium sound system, DVD player, rear air conditioning, push button start, heated seats and steering wheel, back up camera and is front wheel drive only. Engine, transmission and air conditioner have been excellent. Never a problem. 30 miles to the gallon on the highway. Many suspension components have been replaced and vehicle is starting to rust around the rear wheel well. Uconnect has had issues. All in all a very reliable and very comfortable vehicle. Highly recommend it.
