Very good experience, they took car for service when i reached. Proactive to complete documentation. Did proper Inspection. Im satisfied with the services and customer service. Price Paid for service is too Much expensive . they charged $450 for breaks and $550 Labour which is very expensive , I end up paying $1150 for general Service.
I was greeted at the door and went to look at one car and bought a completely different car all with Keith's help. He did his best to keep my monthly payment the same and I was very satisfied with the service and I'm very happy with my purchase.
We have three dealership in close proximity in Delaware but chose Brandywine. Why? The honest and superb customer care we received from Keith when we had specifics in mind during our car search. He made the transaction smooth along with the finance officer to seal the deal. We were in an out in 2 hours and the vehicle was detailed beautifully during paperwork happened inside.
Different from other local Ford Service Departments, this one treats you like you want to be treated! Astounding to find anymore, but today I experienced it. I dreaded taking my car in for recall repair because of past experience at Liliston Ford, but Bayshore was different! Treated me with courtesy and respect, and my car was handled with care. They kept their promise on how long the repair would take. If you have been to other Ford dealerships in our area, don't think they're all the same. Bayshore proved they're different! Thank you Brett and Pat. I look forward to returning to Bayshore Ford to have my vehicles serviced in the future. It was worth the drive!

Jordan Clarius was excellent to work with and made the entire process a breeze. He was responsive to my needs, worked out the details of the deal quickly, and knew the product inside out. I have dealt with many care sales men and women, having even sold cars myself, and Jordan is one of the best. Knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. There was no nonsense...no game of haggling (great price to begin with)...no fake interest or attention--I was treated like a real person instead of the next pay check. I will definitely be back to Jordan and Garnet in the future.
Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... I have referred people to Bruce, and have never heard one bad comment from any of them, in reference to his professionalism and honesty. This is who Bruce is as a person, not just a car dealer! I LOVE my new Tucson! Christian Medina listened to my needs & features I wanted and then helped me find the car that fit me exactly. The whole staff was very polite. I tried out multiple cars and Christian was nothing but pleasant and willing to answer any & all questions! I cannot say enough good things about him and the whole team !
There IS a better mousetrap and these guys (& girls) have made it. While the price WAS a major factor ; they price them to be sold, it was really the "how" they do it here that left me floating out to my new car. Painless?? Forget painless, this was ENJOYABLE!! I agonized over having to deal with another typical "dealer" yet, never had to. The sales people are very helpful and outgoing. They listen to what you were looking for. Which as we all know is the most important thing when looking for a new vehicle. They try to get you exactly what you want.
Living in Connecticut my wife and I were very apprehensive of driving several hours to purchase a used vehicle after viewing only an online advertisement. Telephoning the dealer and speaking with the manager we both felt comfortable enough to negotiate a price. After arriving at the dealership my wife and I were welcomed as we walked through the door. We were introduced to Angela, one of the sales associates, who provided a tremendous amount of information. Angela was extremely patient explaining all the features of the vehicle and answering all of our questions. The dealership accurately listed the vehicle online plus provided a free CarFax report with sufficient photographs to make an informed decision. This was first time either of us ever purchased a vehicle from another state but after this experience likely we will do it again. Both Sue and I were very impressed with the dealership ability to make the purchase seamless which included processing all the Connecticut DMV paperwork. Sue and myself both strongly recommend this dealer after experiencing first hand their professionalism.
Was trying to buy a Durango and spoke to / met with over 5 dealerships. By far, this was the best and easiest to work with and get the price that I needed. There were no games and no fake conversation; just business. Great salesman and didn't have to play the "man behind the curtain" game with the sales Mgr. Great experience.
