Toyota decided to get serious with their electric compact suv over their earlier version. Lowered the price making it competitive with all others in this class. Also making it now competitive is the increase in driving range, the XLE AWD model gets a significant boost with a 288 mile range. In addition the horsepower on the XLE AWD increased to 338 providing 0-60 in the middle 4 second range… that’s head snapping power. Also, major improvements were addressed to the charging system… now able to charge significantly faster and it comes using the NACS (North American Charging Standard) outlet connection for faster charging ( (originally called the Tesla charging connection). I personally enjoy driving the bZ around town but also on major roads. It runs quietly as an electric should but also isolates road noise. The instrument panel is different but coming from driving my plug in hybrid Prius Prime I’m used to different. I trust Toyota overall quality over all other manufacturers whether the vehicle is a traditional combustible gas engine or now electric.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

My service man, was and has always been awesome and attentive everytime I come to service my car or address something that may be wrong. He is great and a very valuable person to have for your company. It's so nice to know that I can trust his input and advise. I drive almost 2 hours just to get my car services because the customer service is worth going to. Thank you!

Ultra Trim No more gasoline for me. This car is extremely fast and nimble. It's small and that's a plus in city streets It is VERY quiet and the Harman Kardon sound system is very nice. There is a learning curve with this car and as I get more used to the system, the more fun this car becomes. I am using level 1 charging so I just plug into a standard 115V outlet and that is plenty sufficient for me.

i hate the process of buying cars BUT i actually enjoyed the process it was painless, Neillo was great! i would buy from them again! only complaint i didnt like that there was a extra added expense for the lowjack (which i should have had negotiated off the price) BUT didnt know about it until we were signing papers

Don't understand the earlier review - liked the car but only gave it a 1 rating overall??? I LOVE this car, 5 rating overall. Just purchased a month ago, so cannot rate reliability yet. However, comfort and performance are stellar. With a 300+ mile full range, you cannot be too concerned about finding a charging station. Just do a little planning. Everything well designed. You do need to figure out all the bells and whistles though. Manual was written by someone whose first language is not English.

I was assisted by Edgar for my 60k mile service. He was super polite, professional and knowledgeable. He stayed in constant communication throughout the day, was accommodating and flexible for pick up, and I could tell he genuinely had my best interest in mind. I have owned this 2025 Prologue Touring AWD SUV for 3-months, driven 6,500 miles including a 2,200-mile road trip from Austin, TX to Telluride CO. and back and am very satisfied with my purchase. It doesn't have the range or acceleration of an AWD Tesla or Kia EV6, but the performance and range are good ( about 5.9 seconds to 60 mph and real range of 220 miles at 20-80 percent charging) and it is VERY comfortable with a smooth ride. Prologue is a great commuter SUV and a good road car for 200-400 mile distances. I had no issues fast charging at Tesla superchargers across the 2,100 mile Texas to Colorado trip, just plan on a short bathroom-charge break every three hours. The Touring package includes many Tech amenities like heated seats, apple car play, auto headlights, great info-media, navigation, adaptable cruise control, lane assist, auto remote locks, auto tailgate and more. Honda-Link-Onstar works well to control basic features, like charging, cabin temperature control, locks, lights, tire pressure and more. Fast Charging experience is good, but not any faster than 155 kwh at superchargers or 20-80 percent in 25-minutes ..SO just Home Charge it for commuting and save money-NO GAS STATIONS. This is a great SUV to transition from ICE to EV's, and the adjusted prices are reasonable. It looks like a Honda SUV, but has a good blend of GM-EV qualities that make a GREAT EV...

Just had the car for a month. It's much like its predecessor, the bz4x but gets better range, at 90% from 230 to 275. It rides smoothly and a bit less noisy than the 4x. I'm very happy with it.

This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.
