I would like to thank Adel Mohammed Product Specialist at Irwin Automotive Group for his assistance on the purchase of my new ford truck. Adel cares about his customers, he is a no pressure salesmen and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. The only downfall to my experince was the wait time for financing I had to wait over an hour and a half for the finance director Adam Hoyt to sit with me. This was too long considering I had already had an appointment set up. Adel asked multiple times to get me in with him, while I waited.

After working thru the sales details with Mark Faro online, we were turned over to Seamus Mcnally, "The Guy with the Bow Tie", to manage the sales process. This is my 2nd Ioniq5, the first being a '22 SEL rear wheel drive. The Ioniq 5 is roomy, quiet, luxurious, and surprisingly quick. Its great fun to drive, handling well and feeling stable in all situations. The user interface is friendly and comprehensive, with an almost complete self driving capability. My only complaint is that it is called an SUV. It doesn't have an SUV's ground clearance or stiff suspension. It's a luxury hatchback, which is what I wanted.

About a month ago I had the pleasure of working with Lisa to purchase the first car I've ever bought from a dealership. Years of worrying about how dealerships work went away during my visit there. I didn't feel like they just wanted my money and even though I was buying a used car I didn't once feel like I was getting ripped off. In fact, this is by far the best car I've ever owned. Love the C40. Sporty car ride and acceleration. Refined interior and worthy infotainment. Styling is top notch and simply a great looking car. Charging will not be an issue once able to use Teslas Supercharger Network.
