This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

They were able to squeeze my car in for repair but it was there 5 days. I am not sure if all the work they did was necessary. Even though i have an extended warranty they said not of the repairs were covered.

I picked up my Polestar 3, single motor long range, less than a month ago on a lease program with lots of incentives. It has been a great car to drive and it does get great range, 350 miles, on a charge. The Jupiter paint is unique and the first of its kind in the Southeast region. Wool blend seats are very comfortable. It has plenty of pick up and handles very well . I am very impressed. As a Volvo owner since 1974, there is a lot of Volvo in the Polestar. The 3 is built in the Volvo Ridgeville, SC plant so there was no tariff worries. I highly recommend this car!

I have a 2025 lyriq for 6 months and have fallen in love with this car. Trouble free, comfortable, powerful acceration in a beautiful body. A few minor things, like having a bar graph and miles remaining instead of a number percentage for the state charge and could use slightly tighter steering adjustment. Otherwise it's the best driving vehicle, ICE or EV that I have owned. Do not hesitate.

I was impressed with my advisor, CJ and my service person. I was not impressented with the oscillating pricing or how my tires were not cleaned after getting two new tires and an alignment. Also, my bottle of car air freshener w missing after my last visit.,

1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

We've had our Vistiq Sport for only a couple weeks - so I'm sure our view will evolve. Lots of positive things to say - performance, room, handsome (not gorgeous...it's no Aviator or Land Rover) design in and out, great range (we are seeing 330+ range), features for money, good visibility and appreciate the vegan 'leather' seats. It is, however, hard to master the infotainment system - super frustrating. The lack of Apple CarPlay is missed more than I imagined (does not seem like a sustainable strategy). Perhaps once we are able to drive it without having to hit enough buttons as if we were re-tasking a drone our love for it will grow.

Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. Elgin Hyundai is a team that treats those who walk in like people, not customers. They aren’t trying to get you for the most money or a commission, they genuinely want to help. My wife and I’s one car broke down a week before Christmas. We needed something that we could afford and be reliable for her to get to work and for us to run errands. Purchased this vehicle used in mid-2024 with 42K miles. Third owner. There is virtually no learning curve when switching from an ICE vehicle to the Fiat 500e. Despite its tiny, ultra compact exterior, it provides substantial interior room for two fairly large people (6’5”/290 lb and 6’2”/230 lb). Headroom is excellent - better than the majority of ICE vehicles. Legroom is good given that I have a 35” inseam. Shoulder room is adequate for two large males. In summary, the Fiat 500e is amazingly comfortable transportation for two large people. But no one is riding in the backseat unless the driver and front passenger are 5’6” or less. Cargo is, as you would expect, is quite limited, although I have found it to be adequate for daily activities with the rear seats folded. Performance is peppy up through 60-70 mph. The air conditioner has an auto-temperature feature and works well. The factory sound system is excellent. And the braking system is very smooth and predictable and transitions seamlessly between regenerative braking and physical braking at 6 mph and below. I absolutely love the Fiat 500e as a local commuter.

I have brought my vehicle in for every oil change I have needed. Always courteous and professional, my car gets a diagnostic check every time and is freshly washed. I like that the Service Department send out coupons, and making an appointment is easy online or with a phone call.
