Hector is the best!!! The experience from start to finish was absolutely 5 star. Hector bent over backwards to make sure my parents were taken care of. We've had our Vistiq Sport for only a couple weeks - so I'm sure our view will evolve. Lots of positive things to say - performance, room, handsome (not gorgeous...it's no Aviator or Land Rover) design in and out, great range (we are seeing 330+ range), features for money, good visibility and appreciate the vegan 'leather' seats. It is, however, hard to master the infotainment system - super frustrating. The lack of Apple CarPlay is missed more than I imagined (does not seem like a sustainable strategy). Perhaps once we are able to drive it without having to hit enough buttons as if we were re-tasking a drone our love for it will grow.

I have a 2025 lyriq for 6 months and have fallen in love with this car. Trouble free, comfortable, powerful acceration in a beautiful body. A few minor things, like having a bar graph and miles remaining instead of a number percentage for the state charge and could use slightly tighter steering adjustment. Otherwise it's the best driving vehicle, ICE or EV that I have owned. Do not hesitate.

Ultra Trim No more gasoline for me. This car is extremely fast and nimble. It's small and that's a plus in city streets It is VERY quiet and the Harman Kardon sound system is very nice. There is a learning curve with this car and as I get more used to the system, the more fun this car becomes. I am using level 1 charging so I just plug into a standard 115V outlet and that is plenty sufficient for me.

I was initially unable to call this dealership, they have changed ownership recently and the phones only ring 2 or 3 times and then hang up. I eventually emailed them through cars.com and got a quick email and call back, which was great. I usually stress about dealership visits, but Howard (sales), Heiko (management), and Teo (finance) turned it into a breeze—quick, easy, and genuinely pressure-free. They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.
