Comfortable lounge area and a Nice coffee machine selection but need better choice of reading materials for waiting on your vehicle during servicing. Also could have been a little warmer.

This is the 2nd car I've bought from CarShop Cranberry within 8 months. I love CarShop!!! Outstanding experience at every turn. Shane was my initial contact to get the process started with trade-in valuation. Totally easy going process - no stress at all! Nice hand-off to Ryan on another day as they worked around my work schedule. Ryan was fast and efficient to get me through the purchasing process and get me in my new car. It was all fast and easy no stress no pressure process. Cars are beautifully presented on their web-site, easy to line up for a test drive, clean and detailed when you get there. I have owned it for 3 months now and gone 10,000 miles. I have driven it in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Ontario. I have easily found charging stations and just line it up with lunch or dinner. Car has a few quirks but it is to be expected for the first EV model. Car rides beautifully and Blue Cruise is awesome (had a few times where it would make me keep the hands on the wheel when I didn't think it should). I haven't had range anxiety because most Targets, Meijers and Walmarts have fast charging. Almost all dealerships do as well. Ford is also sending a free Tesla converter which will just add to the availability of charging stations. My only drawbacks on the car so far is the back windshield is hard to keep clean and the windshield wiper is too small. I also wish the car recorded with all the cameras it has on it like the Teslas. Lastly, the plastic on the B Pillars look crazy with the oils from people's hands. Really hard to clean.

Second car I have purchased from Cochran. Process is easy and the ongoing interaction, service, is great. Selection is good and if they don't have it they make an effort to find what you want.

I worked with Emily Berger and the entire Audi Pitt Team - great experience. I flew there from Philadelphia to but an S8 on a dnowy Presidents day. I was expecting the worst but Emily is a pro, supported by Jenn, Chris, Emily in Finance and the service team. Despite the snow and the Holiday, they made it happy. They are pay off the #1 Cochran Group - the name didn't make sense until after my experience, but they certainly lived up to that name. Great experience and customer service!

Ben Scott, Product Specialist, went over and above to find us the vehicle of our choice. Very patient, kind and understanding. Pointed out rebates that I qualified for. First new vehicle purchase was made so much more enjoyable by Ben Scott.

Just would like to let someone know how great the sales staff is. Brian Decoy, Brian Brooks and Ken Knaus are all awesome!! We just purchased our 4th vehicle from them and they are super to work with. They answer all of our questions (we're old....we have a lot of questions!). Can't say enough good things about them...they all are very personable and professional. I will definitely recommend them.

This is my 2nd Ioniq5, the first being a '22 SEL rear wheel drive. The Ioniq 5 is roomy, quiet, luxurious, and surprisingly quick. Its great fun to drive, handling well and feeling stable in all situations. The user interface is friendly and comprehensive, with an almost complete self driving capability. My only complaint is that it is called an SUV. It doesn't have an SUV's ground clearance or stiff suspension. It's a luxury hatchback, which is what I wanted.

I recently purchased a vehicle from John Sisson Motors and had the best salesman. Mason Cooper was so helpful and explained every aspect of the car I was interested in. When he lifted the hood, I commented how most of what was under the hood meant nothing to me ......wrong.......Mason's explanation was full of useful, interesting information. I visited kenny ross ford in adamsburg after being played with at another dealership that id custom ordered a vehicle through... i ended up not buying the vehicle i ordered, and was open to others if i was treated right. And robert piovesan and the guys made me feel right at home. We talked normal amongst each other. They didnt go crazy on the dealer sales pitch. Pickup is quick. Looks amazing. Maintenance and maintenance cost is negligible. For my 40K mile service done at Ford dealer my bill was $0! You read the right. Charges well and works. Heated seats and heated steering wheel in MI weather is a blessing. I have it set where it heats up the cabin & conditions the battery on its own at my departure time everyday. It is also set up, where it doesnt charge at the time when my electric company charges a premium on electricity. No issues what so ever. I love the car.

From the ease of scheduling to the detailed video, every aspect of service is outstanding! Both Pat and David, the advisors, are welcoming and genuine, and they even let me bring my Chihuahua with when she was sick! Best dealer ever!

My first EV and a ton of fun to drive. Loaded with tech but it does take a while to get it all working. Fortunately, Audi has free phone support and they are great. The car is so smart, it tells you when to take you foot off the accelerator and slows the car down when you approach an intersection with stopped traffic. Amazing! The car handles well with a low center of gravity, accelerates well and gets the advertised mpeg. My car averages 3.2 miles/KW in mixed driving which is right at 307 miles per full charge, although you should never run it down to 0%. On a 160 mile trip with some stop and go traffic, the car used 50% total charge so my range anxiety is gone. On a fast charger, it starts at 135 KW/hr slowing decreasing to 90. That translates into a reasonable 25 minutes 30-80% charge. I had great reservations trading in my pristine BMW M550i, but it turned out to be a smart move. Buy one!

This had to be one of the easiest buying experiences, outside of carvana, that I ever had. Everyone was friendly and attentive. No extra push or pressure for extras and were decently fair in regards to trade in. In and out within two hours. Definitely would by from them again.

The service staff are very kind and helpful. I cannot say anything about the sales side of things, because I have not used them. I have had problems with my car, and ended up needing a new engine (which Hyundai provided). The service staff were helpful at that time. This visit was simply for an oil change. They were kind and friendly to myself, and to everyone who walked through the door.

I'm not a fan of EV's because I feel their purpose is limited. That being said I bought this Ionic 6 as a city car and it is perfect. The reason I did this is because my Mercedes dealer wanted to charge me $1,700 for front brakes on a 2 year old car with less than 15k miles. Doesn't make sense to drive a car like that around town but it is great for trips of any size. The Ionic 6 is just fun to drive. And what makes it even better is I live in a carriage house and it would be hard to install a charger. This car comes with free charging for 2 years and I have a charge station 3 miles from where I live so it is perfect.

We returned our leased 2022 Bolt EUV and leased a 2025 Equinox. My wife really wanted the new 2026 Bolt but it wasn’t available yet. I love the bigger feel and roominess of the Equinox, but admit its size makes parking more challenging. Quiet and smooth ride on standard 19” wheels and higher profile Michelins. Really nothing negative to say about the Equinix, other than a bit of a learning curve with some aspects of the tech stuff. Chevy has done an excellent job of providing both great cars with the best pricing. For the practical person it’s a no brained. Oh and the range is awesome at 350+/- miles!!!

I saw a car on cars.com and made an email inquiry. Kyle got in touch with me, and I made an appointment to test drive it. He answered my questions promptly, gave me a wealth of information about the car, and never pressured me into purchasing the car.
