When we arrived, Alex (sales coordinator) had the car ready & handed the keys to me & my S.O. & said, “Have fun”. That particular car did not work out for us. We bought an Ioniq 5 from Brad who provided knowledgable, friendly, and professional service. He spent a considerable amount of time orienting us to the vehicle, since were EV newbies. Brad was very accommodating housing the vehicle after we bought it for several weeks while we went on vacation. Doing business with Ever was relaxed and smooth. After doing extensive research we found that Ever had the best prices in the Bay Area. Their show room is gorgeous and they have a diverse inventory of EVs. The pricing is transparent without the typical haggling. If a used EV is what you need this is the place to visit.

Toyota decided to get serious with their electric compact suv over their earlier version. Lowered the price making it competitive with all others in this class. Also making it now competitive is the increase in driving range, the XLE AWD model gets a significant boost with a 288 mile range. In addition the horsepower on the XLE AWD increased to 338 providing 0-60 in the middle 4 second range… that’s head snapping power. Also, major improvements were addressed to the charging system… now able to charge significantly faster and it comes using the NACS (North American Charging Standard) outlet connection for faster charging ( (originally called the Tesla charging connection). I personally enjoy driving the bZ around town but also on major roads. It runs quietly as an electric should but also isolates road noise. The instrument panel is different but coming from driving my plug in hybrid Prius Prime I’m used to different. I trust Toyota overall quality over all other manufacturers whether the vehicle is a traditional combustible gas engine or now electric.

They are very professional, and efficient - moving me in, processing and out when dropping my car for service. The only thing I was a tad disappointed with, was the car wash at the end of my service (I always look forward to that little perk) after paying for service, it's a nice perk, and ends the experience with a most positive feel. After mentioning I was excited to see clean car after service, I noted that it was quickly run through the car wash (no wiping of the remaining insect/bird droppings and no wiping inside the car, and no vacuuming of the trunk which really needed it. Other than that, the car seems to be serviced fine.

Got a used Bolt from these guys. It was the smoothest and most transparent car buying experience I have ever had. The car was exactly as advertised, the staff were friendly, smart and attentive. Our sales person Brad Reinke is a rockstar. Would buy another car from them. No xx or hidden fees. Even post purchase, Ever impressed. We needed help gathering all the paperwork for a PG&E rebate and they were super responsive and the rebate sailed through. Would definitely go to Ever again.

My Equinox EV has exceeded expectations. It is stylish, roomy and has more than enough power. Charging at home is a breeze and charging on the road takes time and good planning. I highly recommend recommend this car.
