We went on the evening of June 24, 2025 to look at a vehicle on the lot, and we ended up purchasing a 2022 Hyundai Palisade. Our sales rep, Austyn Long, was phenomenal. We never once felt pushed or forced on anything. He was great to work with. What won me over was my wife was backtracking as this was a very large purchase, and not once did he try to push the sale. He gave a few words of wisdom and backed off. As long as he stays employed there, he will probably have customers for life.

I’ve driven a lot of cars, but this one? Hands down, the quietest I’ve ever been in. It’s almost surprising how little noise makes its way into the cabin, even when you’re cruising down the highway. It just glides over bumps, so you barely feel anything. Clean, comfortable waiting area. Friendly staff. Good online scheduling. Reasonable pricing, and serviced vehicle in a reasonable time frame. Did not try to upsell. In fact, I have never felt that they were trying to give me service I didn?t need. I like doing business with them.

Pickup is quick. Looks amazing. Maintenance and maintenance cost is negligible. For my 40K mile service done at Ford dealer my bill was $0! You read the right. Charges well and works. Heated seats and heated steering wheel in MI weather is a blessing. I have it set where it heats up the cabin & conditions the battery on its own at my departure time everyday. It is also set up, where it doesnt charge at the time when my electric company charges a premium on electricity. No issues what so ever. I love the car.

I got there at my appointment time and Tyler was so friendly. He checked my car in and showed me to the waiting room. Also offered me snacks and coffee from there snack room. Told me it shouldn't take more than an hour. He was right. 45 minutes later I was on my way. Very professional and friendly.

We returned our leased 2022 Bolt EUV and leased a 2025 Equinox. My wife really wanted the new 2026 Bolt but it wasn’t available yet. I love the bigger feel and roominess of the Equinox, but admit its size makes parking more challenging. Quiet and smooth ride on standard 19” wheels and higher profile Michelins. Really nothing negative to say about the Equinix, other than a bit of a learning curve with some aspects of the tech stuff. Chevy has done an excellent job of providing both great cars with the best pricing. For the practical person it’s a no brained. Oh and the range is awesome at 350+/- miles!!!
