purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.

I love the professionalism and quality of service! Sergio and Cesar always make me feel like family and their knowledge is always appreciated! I can?t thank them enough for their dedication to customer satisfaction!

I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

It was a pleasure again to have our enclave taken care of. i was in and out so quickly this time. i feel confident taking our Buick on a road trip in the near future. thanks again. Melisa,(service advisor), did a bang up job!

Great Service and Service personnel involved with this issue. All went smoothly and clean up of the vehicle was great. They were busy but did it well.

Did my 10k service today, all work was done. Which included oil change, tire rotation and 59 point inspection. They sent a video of them doing the inspection under the truck,

It's a cadillac! Big Spacious Smooth Ride! Plenty of tech, easy to use. Lots of storage space. Plenty of torque, speed and acceleration, no problem

Thanks to Casa Buick I traveled from El Paso to Harper's Ferry IA. back to El Paso then to Ketchum ID; Yellowstone; Jackson Hole; Telluride; and back to El Paso. The whole way the truck operated perfectly and I had a great time. Thanks Casa!

Checking the car took to long when I brought it in I was told that checking the vehicle would take one half hour it ended up taking one hour and a half. When I as given the form on the vehicle items that needed to be fixed I could not understand the writing on the individual items. I would appreciate a typed recommendation on each item do I can know exactly what I will be repairing. Thank you
