I found a car I was looking for online that was here....The problem was I was over 400 miles away. I spoke to Don about the vehicle & it was still available. A less than a week later I flew in went straight to Baldwin's. Even though Don was busy with another customer he made sure I was comfortable by giving me water & waiting inside where it was air conditioned. He finally had a chance to get the car I was interested in. The car looked great & Don let me take it for a test drive and the rest is history.... I drove back in a new used car.... My only gripe is, I had to walk to the bank in 90+ degree weather.... Lucky it was a couple blocks away.

Traded up from a Highlander because we needed more power to tow a camper. Took a trip to southern Utah and it did everything I asked of it. Awesome car so far!

I had the car I wanted transferred in and from start to end they kept me informed. The waiting period was a bit of a bummer, but knowing that my car was arriving made it worth the wait. Ryan was super he completed the transaction and put us in good hands. We had a minor defect with the windows but Ryan made sure it was taken care of . Overall we were quite pleased. I have the 4matic. Car handles very well. Very comfortable and gives you options on how you want to perform (ex TURBO etc). I like the fact you can connect your phone to the car so it will notify you if you left your car unlocked. There's alot of nice features

For over 10 years I have been working with Jeremy S. and have leased or purchased several cars. I've had nothing but amazing experiences each time. I recently leased a BMW (i7, love it!) and the process, from negotiation to deal close, was smooth, painless, and fairly quick. I very much value when the person I'm leasing a car from knows more about the vehicle and its features than I do. Jeremy has very good knowledge of the BMW product. I’ve owned a 2020 x3m competition since the month they were released. First let me knock out rough ride thing. If you ride on the stock Conti summer tires all the time, yes it can be rough. I switched to to Michelin all weather after 11,000 miles and it made a huge difference! A much better more comfortable ride Side note: when I would swap Conti to winter tires also a huge difference! The stock summer tires that come on the car are incredible for handling on a track which the car was made for but, the car feels much better with Michelin all sports all seasons. This car makes me happy every time I drive it ! So much fun to drive!

I appreciated the transparency during the process. I received a copy of the carfax and had my questions answered. It didn't take long to take a test drive. My only complain is the length of time I had to wait to sign the paperwork with the finance department..

I've had this car for over a year now and I am generally impressed....drives great (even in snow), is quite comfortable, has lots of features, decent electronics, gets excellent mileage with and without the battery. Negatives: cheap "leather" interior, door sill is too wide to get out without getting dirt on the back of your leg (even without the options step), backup cross traffic safety is useless unless you are backing into a wall, and the hands-free lift gate is disabled if you get a trailer hitch. All fixable if BMW but some effort into it.

This was the finest auto purchase experience I've ever been through. Salesperson Chris was a gentleman and helpful to the max. I was nervous about my first long-distance car purchase. My choice was a 2006 Audi S4 they had listed. I've been looking for the right one all over the US for a year and a half. They even drove it to the local Audi dealer (at no charge) for me where I'd set up a pre-purchase inspection, on short notice, too. The inspection found three minor things wrong, and VIP fixed each perfectly. After answering all my questions the purchase was made by phone/text/mail and was completely easy and free of hassle. They also accepted the personal check I mailed them. No wire fees. They even picked up my wife and me (Josh drove) at the San Diego airport (again, at no charge!) to take delivery of the car at their dealership. We were treated personably, by genuinely nice employees, throughout the remainder of the transaction, which only took about 30 minutes. The vehicle was detailed to AS NEW (and I mean AS NEW) -- even smelled like new! We drove it the 500 miles back home and it ran like a top. And still does months later. Chris even made a fair offer on my current vehicle, and we had it shipped to VIP. The only hiccup was somewhat poor service by the shipper that VIP suggested, who initially dropped the ball big-time. I'd avoid Stateway Auto Transport in the future. But they did get it done. Again, I have never actually "enjoyed" an auto purchase until this one.

Great performance and easy to tune and mod. However, it is costly to maintain, even if you can turn a wrench; so be prepared to spend money for regular maintenance.

Got 2 yr lease on Eiger Gray 2020 Velar p340 R-Dynamic S with full black package, including wheels...very pricey vehicle, with $13K+ in options...but i luuuv it...appearance and drive are stunning...that said, the "sport command" driving position is an issue, cannt get driver's seat high enough, but it goes low enough that you can't see over the dash...lol...also the B-pillar is very thick, as is the passenger seat headrest, so making left turn at T intersection is challenging...but i'm at 2 yrs now, and will probably do the lease end purchase option...also had it valued at JLR dealer yesterday and they would their purchase offer was only 63% of MSRP, with 13,500mi...LOL...and they wanted to sell me a 1-yr old Defender for 100% of MSRP...makes no financial cents (sic)...

First thing you notice when you walk in is the exceptionally clean showroom. The cars were all in Pristine condition. I felt like any car I picked would meet my high standards of cleanliness, and overall perfect condition. Sales staff was very helpful, and courteous as well.

I actually had a really smooth experience, not that I was expecting otherwise. Fidel and Massimo were very patient when it came to the purchase process. They even made sure my tank was full before leaving the lot! I opted for 20in wheels when buying the car and they look great. Massimo took me for drive and explained more features about the car than I can even remember! It was a ton of info! I found them to be helpful and knowledgeable! They specialize in BMW's that are a higher tier of BMW so you are not driving off the lot with anything basic! I am big on having things that are unique and different and my M Sport 540i is unique for sure! I am happy with the purchase!

This was by far the easiest experience buying a car I've had. Leased a 2018 ionic electric, when I did my commute I quickly realized electric wasnt going to work. Called the dealer and spoke with Pedro the sales manager and Lauren the sales rep sho helped me originally. They both were extremely helpful, and even though they didnt have too, they took the electric ionic back and I walked out with the hybrid version. The exchange was simple, professional, and easy. Found the car my daughter wanted online. Turns out it was at Hertz car sales near the San Diego airport. They had the car and color my daughter wanted. Price was lower than almost all of the other dealerships. Car had a lot of miles for its age but was still in good shape. Some nicks and scratches here and there but nothing really to worry about. Will probably need tires in the near future. The dealership was great and so were the gang that works there. They made buying a car as good as it can be. I would recommend this place to others looking for a good cheap first car for their kid(s). Saw lots of other parents buying their kids cars there as well.

This is my 2nd Avalon Limited...love the car, can anyone tell me why there is 3 round shadows on the back window..my 2019 Avalon didn't have this, it really is distracting

I chose this dealership after reading thaor reviews. I arrived looking for a specific make and model of which they had three. I inspected two of them, the two looked clean inside, engine and exterior. I constantly look at their inventory incase they have the car I'm looking for.

The response time was really fast, I had received an email back within an hour. I was actually surprised how quick they had contacted me about my inquiry and I would recommend them to a friend

So my wife picked it out Nov 2014. I was a little apprehensive, but the price was right. It had 9miles and we now have 50,056. The only issue was the front air dam between the wheels. Pull to close to the parking block and it will tear off when you back out. Never bothered to replace it. With gas on the rise our timming was really good. I'd get another V but it was discontinued. Versatile is a perfect description for it. Happy shopping 😁 It really handy size wise and mileage is super.

Excellent overall experience. Sales representative was not the most knowledgeable, but was very attentive. The facility was clean and sales did not apply pressure. Representative made several follow-up calls which were appropriate and helpful to my search.
