I just leased a 2018 Giulia yesterday, and had a great experience overall at Ramsey. The guys I talked to (Ryan, Jesse, Chris and Eric) were all pretty chill and all were knowledgeable. They had a good stock to choose from and I got exactly what I wanted, and definitely didn't feel like I was cheated when I left with the car. The guys were very transparent with me during the negotiation and there weren't many tense moments during the process.

I would like to take a moment and share my experience at Beverly Hills delaership I was on the market for a Audi S4. I have been buiyng cars for the last 15 years. No matter what I have I get bored really fast. So I can really tell you about the condition of car on and out . Same for prices. I do have access to auction prices so I know if I car is over priced or not. Ron and Mike are very straight persons. j have zero tolerance for BSs. The car was as promised and there were no hidden fees. I can honestly say it was a very transparent transation. I sure will return to them. They do not have a average cars like others. Their inventory are outstand quality and fair on prices. I always believe that the most important commodity is trust and relatioship is the main drive. Once again tks for my new car and see you soon. I owned a 2015 Fiat 500 Abarth ( Automatic) from 3/15 until 6/18 . 25k miles, Not a single problem with it. Lots of character and fairly economical at ~30 mpg (+ or -) . Yes its small but she is quite quick with the sport button pushed ( supposedly adds 20 lb ft of torque and keeps it in a lower gear). This was my second Abarth as I also owned a 2013 5spd . I enjoyed the 2015 automatic much more than the earlier 5spd manual....but since I have owned two I can assure you they are fun, reliable, and you likely wont regret the purchase. I still miss my 2015 version.

I dealt with a few dealerships and cars throughout my life: Jeep, Ford, Mazda, and VW. And this IS my second Golf. I leased a Golf in the late 90's (FL). I loved this Car out of all the cars I ever drove that I decided to purchase this Golf yesterday. I must say that this Golf is totally impressive and I don't recall the last Golf being this way. It is way more solid and the torque in this car is awesome. And speaking of Awesome, David Rutkay (Mgr), Jerson Escalante (sales), and Adam Frania (finance) are nothing short of Spectacular. They made my purchase and delivery such an incredible experience. I mean really, if the the shopping and purchasing part of buying a car isn't fun then what's the point. David and Jerson told me that they are fairly new at that location and things are always meant to be because I was suppose to buy this earlier. And I am so glad I waited till now to purchase it. Jerson was very compassionate and thorough. Adam was beyond helpful with my credit and getting me the best deal. And what can I say about David. David is unbelievably great. This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. Most exciting car I've ever driven along with my wives mx5-5 in the past 50 years when I pull up to the stop light and ifa vett that pulls up beside me I gave him a hundred yards start and I pull up the side of them and just wave then say goodbye and that's just in 3rd gear sound system could use a little work the niada has a Bose in it and is far more excellent but other than that go out and buy one and have a blast is one xxxx of a car I love it and all I can say is 5 * 5 * 5 * go out and have some fun it is a duty and I love it and a couple friends have one and we all meet on Sundays and it's a blast go get you one Irish Mike out

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

The car is a phenomenal 2 person car. My 6'2 13 year old is less impressed but that has everything to do with being 13...HE has plenty of room. The salesman is 6'4" and sat in the back seat for me prior to my purchase. We could have sat another person of his stature in the front seat as well. Amazing considering the overall size of the car.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. My story starts with 8 months of working with Ms Millie Snyder, Fiat Sales Leader for Pomoco Chrysler- FIAT in Newport News, VA. I live in Yorktown, VA. Once the 124 Spider was announced, I wanted one as I had owned the Spider while stationed overseas in Germany in 1977. It was a great car - but production stopped in 1982. Millie called when each of the THREE 2017 Spiders they were allotted arrived and I drove two of them. That experience and the reviews from Car & Driver / Consumer Report convinced me. However, when we chose what we wanted, Pomoco said it would be 5-7 months before my car would be delivered to VA. So, I went to the FIAT USA web site - and was amazed that I could search the "on the lot" inventory of every Fiat dealer in America. Applying all of the site filters, I found the Spider Lusso with the color, interior, and option package we wanted. 2 POPPED up. The second one was in Pascagoula, Mississippi----so I called Westbury Fiat. They has 7 on the lot waiting for sale. It was Veteran's Day -- but THEY were open. Ms. Cammy Mezrahi dealt with all of my questions, requests for cell phone pictures of the odometer, and customer negotiation shenanigans in a most professional and genuine fashion. I flew into Islip. Long Island and picked up our Spider 3 days later. That was essentially cheaper than having it shipped to VA. THAT WAS CONTEXT. Here is the review: When I arrived at Westbury Fiat in the afternoon on 16 Nov 16, Cammy, Ms Debra Javaherian, and Colin Michie were ready !!!!! The new car was completely prepped, had a full tank of premium fuel, and a table was prepared with all of the paperwork to quickly execute the sale. Ms. Mezrahi did an incredible job of orienting me to the 2017 Spider----- as it was a bit different that my 1977 version. Both Colin and Debra were involved as an out of state deal required running paperwork to the Company Hqs. for verification (off-site). 2 hours after I arrived, I was headed to my hotel in Westbury in anticipation of driving my new Spider home the next day (423 miles) . Hardest part of this transaction ---the Verrazano Narrows bridge at 5:30 a.m. I paid a little over $31K for this wonderful car, but $16 for a really bad driving experience is something I will remember for a long time. The car performed well on "it's break-in drive". Oh, by the way, POMOCO Fiat comped me the VA state inspection and assigned me to it's Spider team the next day after my return. GT - Yorktown VA

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

I love this car so much! It’s such a unique look and the inside is so cool. The dash always matched the color of your car which I think is awesome! If you like unique cars this is definitely a great option! It drives really smooth and I drive about an hour to work and back. The gas is great to! One thing I will complain about is I got a 2016 used Fiat 500X Pop and the radio was so outdated. It didn’t come with Bluetooth or back up camera. I’m not about having all the extra amenities but I think Bluetooth is important so you can answer phone calls without holding the phone to your ear, which is now illegal. But other then that, it’s amazing.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I liked Unique and cute design and I bought it. It has as good a driving performance as that stylish design. It is a little unstable in the low speed range, but it does not matter if you get used to it.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I bought my 2016 Fiat 500x easy a little over a month ago used with 47,000 miles already on it, in the short time that I’ve owned it I’ve already put about 3,000 miles on it just from everyday driving and a long road trip to Canada. I love this car!! It’s my first car as I’m only 18 and I pay for it all by myself which is another thing I love: it’s cheap. All in all per month it costs me about $380 with insurance and gas. Which is super reasonable for a teenager or someone who needs a nice car but can’t spend a lot of money. Mine has AWD which I also love even though I haven’t driven it in the snow yet, I know it’s going to be perfectly fine. My only drawbacks which don’t really matter to me but would probably annoy some people who are more into cars, is that the transmission is SLOW. Also not a lot of torque so it takes some effort to get it up to speed. It’s totally fine once it’s up there it just takes some effort and can be kind of loud and off putting when accelerating. But I love it and it’s the perfect car for me!

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

Fiat did a fantastic thing by teaming up with Mazda for their 124 Spider, combining Italian looks and Japanese build quality and reliability. I believe the 124 Spider is actually better than the Alpha 4C, at half the cost, probably one of the reasons Fiat refuses to put an Alpha badge on this car. It’s a small two seater suitable for two not overweight or over tall adults to have oodles of cheap fun! Reliable, flawlessly designed and just a joy to own but don’t even think about driving it in the snow!

I bought my FIAT 500L here back in 2014 and was happy with them then so now that it is time to upgrade to an Alfa I am happy to return. The sales lady Dena although brand new to her position was extremely helpful and diligent. She took me on a leisurely test drive and I was very impressed and found myself buying a new 2014 Alfa Romeo Stelvio on a 2 year lease. Mike the owner gave me $6000 For my old FIAT Which was fair market value so I have no complaints there. I applied this to the lease which lowered the monthly payments. On balance the whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable! They even have a nifty espresso machine and are happy to make you coffee. These are quality nice people not your typical sleazy car salesmen. I highly recommend this place

Never thought of a fiat, but my hubby is Italian and told me to give it a try...it’s small and fun...the dashboard has the exterior metal (same color) giving it a sports car kinda feel...love the feel of the steering wheel, small and very responsive again giving it a sporty feel..the driver seat could be a little more comfortable, but it’s not uncomfortable...roomy hatch compartment considering that the car is small..love the double glove compartments...decent sound system...fun to drive...

When I walked in the door, Maria Alcantara guided me though the dealership 100% from start to finish. Upon arriving, I was unsure which car I wanted to invest in.. I asked about multiple vehicles and their finishes/prices, Maria answered every one of my questions and if she didn't know the answer, she found out for me. Since Honda has so many different makes/models.. I realize I might have been a little difficult asking to see certain kinds more than once which meant we had to go outside a bunch of times in the 95 degree weather. None-the-less, Maria was extremely kind SO patient with me. Once I picked my favorite car and our transaction was finalized, she followed up with me the day after to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The gentleman who handled my finances, Robert Tranquilli, was awesome too! He made sure I was comfortable with the price and additions. As well, he offered protection plans that???ll help me should anything happen to my car in the future. People dream of walking into a car dealership and hope to not get bombarded or ripped off???
