I'm 6'8". Its hard to find cars I fit in period. That being said. I have a taste for small rockets. And the (GQ) fiat 500 sport I have fits the bill. Basically an abarth motor. But not the handling or cool badges/interior. None the less. My big butt fits in it. Got to crank the seat way back. But it's just me in there most of the time. Its a fun little car that rips corners and stupid fun turbo pulls in 2nd and 3rd gear. Watch that esc light flash. Good fun. And the price for a used one ain't bad. Digging the 500

I was hesitant at first I really checked them out since I was 9 hrs away. Everything i found on them was nothing but good.George who was my salesman was AWESOME he was upfront with every question and all the questions he was on it. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Fiat didn't market the 500 correctly. I had a 500 Sport manual that I bought new. It is amazingly fun to drive, incredibly fuel efficient (37+ mpg at a minimum) and a ton of room when you fold the seats down. I went from a Porsche 911 turbo as my daily driver to the cinquecento (500 in Italian). The Fiat was more fun to drive basically because you could floor it everywhere and when I'd look at the speedometer I'd be going 52 mph! In the Porsche I'd be going 130. I drove it multiple times over a thousand miles in a day. Seats were comfortable, sat radio, and Beats sound system rocked. I sold it and bought an i3. Never had a problem with the Fiat. Inexpensive to maintain and the Fiat dealer was great for service. Fun to drive, utilitarian, and great gas mileage. I wish I still had it. If I had a giant garage, I would have kept it.

Since 2014 I have purchased FOUR Fiat 500L's. The first was an Easy Model. With manual transmission. As a base model I was suprised at how much fun it was to drive. I traded it in 14 months later for a 2015. This was a lounge. In 2017 I bought another for myself and my wife has the 2015. I bought another 500L Trekking. I then traded the 2017 in. With two 500L's in the driveway I have a manual for my wife and automatic for me. These cars are functional and fun to drive. The easy model lacked navigation and Sirus and auto temp. Often joke they are so ugly but cute. If Fiat still made the 500L I'd buy another. I do not like the 500X as the rear area was reduced in size. It's not often I can't load a oddball size item in them. Each car has been dependable and easy to maintain. At 71 years old I'm not easy to please. I hope this helps. When I bought the first consumer reports did not rate the car very kind. I then sent a strongly worded letter to them. I lost respect for them.

I love my car. It, a 2014 500L Easy, was purchased in ‘16. I bought breaks, rotors and discs for all tires at $1000 and best Michelin’s for $1000. Finally replaced break and running lights for LEDs since, I think, they were being used as breakers for electrical surges. Just changed the spark plugs. I love the way it handles except I can’t power through. I want to tune it, but I fear transmission and break issues, and I have heard of the second cylinder going out. Generally, I absolutely love this car. I can rip through traffic, especially in sport mode. It is as agile as a deer.

Way roomier than it looks, very fun to drive, adorable AND sporty. I will miss this car. The interior is pretty comfortable and the car is very lightweight. This makes it easier surprisingly in bad weather as it is way easier for a car this light to brake.

Only problem is check engine light which is said to be due to gas cap. I ordered new gas cap and will see if resolves problem. Otherwise have 60-day limited warranty from dealer.

We searched all over Northern Virginia for a reliable used car for our college aged daughter. I like it. Very stable on the road. Corners well, front wheel drive offers great traction. Good acceleration if one knows how to use a manual transmission.

i made a 400 mile trip to Los Angeles to buy my first Fiat 500 in 2012 before we could get then here is San Francisco...i didnt know then it would be the start of a long love affair with the cars as i ended up buying at total of 17- proof on file right here next to my desk...its nice to make a 400 mile trip on one 10 gallon tank of gas- especially these days where some of us are seeing six to seven dollar gas in california...i can only think of one issue with one of the 17- a piece weakened in the stick shift linkage on Monday and by Tuesday the Fiat dealer had the part and installed it in an hour while i baby sat the greyhound in the waiting room...last year i bought my first used one- red- for cheap at carmax with really low miles on it...so far the only thing was a jammed cd in the radio- carmax replaced the unit so now i can play my favorite inner city gospel music to local teen who hang out in front of the supermarket after school...i would ask Stellantis/FCA to bring the new fiat 500 they are selling in europe right back here to the US where it is needed and belongs...end of discussion...Bishop Tom- host of the Bishop Tom radio show....
