I would just like the first start with I worked for Ford so I will say if you have the 1.0 eco-boost engine there are a lot of issues…. But with that said, I have the 2.0 four-wheel-drive, and it is absolutely an amazing vehicle. Super loaded. I have heated seats sunroof, heated, steering wheel, navigation , lane, keep and more I love the way the trunk opens sideways instead of up! It is very peppy and again as long as you have the 2.0 and not the 1.0 very reliable.

I am a recent college graduate who had to purchase a new car to get to and from work. Packey Webb Ford was amazing! They were extremely helpful in the purchasing process and were very transparent. Only one thing.spare tire please.. really ain't a bad ride. So far no complaints. Really rides well to be so small.and I do get around 32 mpg I have the 1.0

I was pleased with my buying experience at Packey Webb Ford. I worked directly with one of the owners, John Webb. He was friendly and knowledgeable and the dealership had a good inventory of the Raptor F150 truck I was looking for. We negotiated on my trades, came to an agreeable amount, and the deal was consummated. The delivery process went smooth and all the tech options were explained. I would highly recommend Webb Ford to my family and friends.

Leased this car for transportation to start new school semester on the Friday before COVID started. Just finished the lease and decided to pay off the balance. Has excellent power and everything is easy to operate. Only 1 small issue and its the limited space for passengers in the back seat. Other than that my local dealer does my service and it runs like a champ.

After speaking with a rep online and via text, we walked in expecting to pay the advertised price. When Tony came with the paperwork it was $10k more. Bc they automatically added LoJack for $2500 plus several thousand dollars for service extras. After negotiating we got rid of the service extras but they would not budge on the LoJack price nor remove it. I guess buyer beware of that. Otherwise, Tony was personable and pleasant.

3 cylinder and we love it 1.0 Ecoboost plenty of power cruises out on highway 80 - 100 mph glides down the road like an old time Buick for the folks who say it does not have enough power that is wrong. You have to drive the car the way it was designed. When you take off drop it down to S or hit the gas pedal it will respond!

We bought a '23 Tahoe Z71 and the sales process couldn't have been more seamless. Our salesman, Paul Degrazia, was terrific and made the purchase an enjoyable process, which is pretty rare. We came to terms quickly and we were finished within a couple hours. We love the vehicle and definitely recommend Bill Kay and Paul.

I just bought a 2021 see model loaded to the brim . I was coming out of a large Nissan Quest so I really wanted something smaller. With the high gas prices. This car is not that great on gas but with 4wd most cars are usually not that good . But it really is zippy around town and fast enough on the parkway . The only two complaints I have is the armrest is centered to far back to put your arm on comfortably Ford should have made it able to adjust a little forward . Also I am not crazy about not having a spare tire ford should have kept the rear tailgate spare on . Time will tell if i really like the car .

Ray Romo and the finance team were great! Autotrader.com didn’t have the most up to date inventory. I requested 2 cars to look at, one was wrecked and out to auction so be sure that you call the dealer directly for the most recent inventory availability.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.
